Being made felt a little second class as my name was not on my husbands booking. It was booked as double room. and I booked it myself on line they had to ring my husband who was at a conference to check with him if it was ok to check in. Felt embarrassed by this. we have been married 33 years.

- so near to darling harbour. - smack in the middle of town. woolie and coles very nearby. -secured lifts. -kitchenware available in the studio -express checkout

- door doesn't have a stopper -bed too soft for my liking - requested for additional blanket at night, fell asleep and never came

I like the place is surrounding by many places to eat..you can easily find many cafes and small restaurant to eat.

As we were just staying one night before moving on, it was very convenient as we were travelling in & out of Central Station. And as older women, it was convenient to cafes saving us walking too far from the apartment building.

Reception staff exceptional; room and facilities were modern and very clean; quiet, convenient to city shops, restaurants, Darling Harbour; would definitely stay there again

Having the barricades in front of reception make it seem a bit like a cattle yard. I think people know how to queue.

The location is the best. It is close to china town, supermarket, and public transportation. Excellent floor plan and equipments. Great support from staff from reception to housekeeping.

Cleanliness of the room. Would be great if the carpet could be kept cleaner and less dust in the room.

The locality was excellent with the proximity of a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and other shopping, and easy access to transport. The self catering facilities were excellent for a longer stay.

The reception area is not very welcoming. The counter is high and the reception staff seemed distant, making it uncomfortable for other than very tall people to converse, sign papers etc.

Not any food like a breakfast pack or some toast. Location was a bit worrying at night.

Location was very convenient, apartment facilities are appropriate. Staff are friendly and helpful especially the concierge, specifically Mr. Francis.

They did not provide for slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Good thing we asked before we flew over to Sydney and we were able to bring our own.

Rooms were beautiful, very clean, well furnished and spacious. Staff were extremely courteous and very helpful. The views were stunning and location very central and convenient for entertainment and dining options.

I really enjoyed our upgrade to the 50th floor. The view was spectacular. Our 3 day stay felt like a week. Staff were well presented, very professional and welcoming.
