The apartment was well equipped, in a good location and had a great view. The pool offered an added benefit for exercise. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to have the room cleaned and sheets and towels changed every day. We found the only thing we didn't like was the seemingly endless wait for the elevator. |

Hotel location is excellent. Shopping and attractions areas are near to the hotel. Not to mention, there is a bus stop (Town Hall) which is 2 min from the hotel. We were using bus # 555 and it is free of charge. |

The quality of finish of the apartment was in general superb. I did not expect to have daily cleaning and tidying with such excellent linen changing. It is unavoidable but central Sydney is dreadfully noisy even on the 44th floor! Why do the local police insist on blipping they sirens at 3am. The parking at 35AUD per night is very expensive but so is Sydney in general. The taxi services are horrendously expensive. |

Loved the room it was very luxurious, also the pool and the convenient location in Sydney Only 3 lifts, for the amount of rooms and size of hotel, probably could have done with an extral lift. Waiting times to get up and down were a buggar |

The staff are very friendy and helpfu. We had a very bad experience with the airport shuttle (Airport Connect - the driver shouted at us) and the staff helped a lot and even put a complaint on our behalf to the shuttle compeny The room was great but didn't seem to be cleaned properly as we found the carpet to be still rather dirty although the room was supposed to be cleaned daily?? |

The apartment was of excellent standard, spacious and clean. I arrived at 7am in the morning following a long-haul flight. The room was not ready (until 2pm, although I thought 12noon). We (my husband and two children) literally had to walk around coffee shops and pass the time. This wasn't pleasant as there were'nt many stores open at that time and it was cold. We were all tired and not properly dressed for the weather. It would have been nice if we could have used any/another room for a few hours until ours was ready. Flights times etc change and it's not always cost effective to incur charges for early check-in etc. |

Rooms were comfortable and everything we needed was there. We were close to everything we wanted to see...walking distance to most places of interest. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They noticed that we asked to have the 2 rooms near to each other and put us next door to each other - very pleased my request was noted! |

how close to everything good staff and how they made your bed how the rooms were set up over all it is a great apartment we all had a great time there was no where to get ride of the rubish only when the cleaners came |

The apartment was very comfortable, with good facilities and in a great location. The apartment was clean and the furnishings were well kept and thankfully not tired. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay thanks to the presentation of the apartment. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in outside of home. No complaints at all! Everything met my expectations. |

Everything about he apartment we stayed in, on the 49th floor, was perfect. The reception staff were so helpful and gave us an apartment with spectacular views as it was our last few days n Australia.I would highly recommend staying here whether in Sydney for business or leisure. |
