Excellent Reception STaff, friendly very obliging Great port service where we could leave our bags until our flight

-The Location is worth the price; being walking distance to shops and resturants. -Staff provided friendly and polite service and simple requests were met almost immediately.

-Elevators were alittle slow -Bathrooms just needed alittle spot clean and mould wash down. -should have some salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Toilet seats need replacing! Well past their used by dates.

Very well positioned and having three double bedrooms worked well for our adult children and their partners. AC didn't work and staff were very helpful in solving the problem, provided heaters and moved us to another apartment the next day. Views were fantastic..

I loved the appartment. The location was great. The bed was extremely comfortable and the appartment was lovely and clean.

I didnt like having to leave. I should have booked for longer. I cant really fault the appartment in any way.

The check in was excellent with Daniel who helped with lost property at the airport.

No adaptator

I was upgraded and the room was very nice and had lots of space.

The studio we had was just perfect for us; very large balcony. We have stayed at the Pitt Street Meriton Apartments a number of time with family and have always found the facilities excellent. We were in Sydney for the Vivid Illuminations Festival. Great time in Sydney at this time. The Meriton is an excellent apartment for shopping in Sydney. Two minutes walk to Pitt St Mall, 10 minutes walk to Darling Harbour; close to the Botanical Gardens, The Rocks, Museums and the Quay. We try to stay at the Meriton whenever we travel to Sydney but sometimes miss out as they are a very popular Apartments.

The cupboards containing the crockery were too high for my wife to reach.

Expected it to be newer from the photos - actually a little tired. Elevators were slow, couldn't sleep well due to noise (internal & external).

The apartments were central to everything we wanted to do. Shopping, bus to Bondi, walk to Darling Harbour, and dinner and drinks at Circular Quay and The Rocks.

Good beds, as we had two one had an en- suit and the other it's own bathroom. Liked the 24hour reception . Love the swimming pool and spa, although lockers would have been useful.

Crockery put to high in cupboards, no toaster and a bit mean with the lack of complimentaries ie no biscuits and no choice of tea or coffee. The standard was good but the general maintainence poor.

The front reception was very polite and welcomeing

rooms are open and spacious and the beds are comfortable. pool area was also nice

the address that was texted through was incorrect and so i was inconvenience because i went to a different marriot around the corner. this was made worse by the fact i was actually told the wrong address when i called up to confirm directions

The service was exceptional, the apartment so comfortable it was like home away from home. Very central location to all amenities ie shops, Sydney Opera House, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay.

Lighting in the bathroom could have been better (above the sink for shaving and putting on make up etc.

That our room wasn't ready when we was told it was, walked into a messy apartment with less rooms than we payed for

I loved that everything that we needed was there. Water, cleaning liquids, milk, shampoo. The little touches.

11am checkout would be better then 10am
