It is a very quite luxury apartment ,right in the city. The views are amazing to say the least. A great place to have an exciting stay in Sydney.

The view from the apartment was awesome. Good central location to everything. Excellent accessibility to a variety of eating places and shops. Good access to public transport.

Only gripe was the iron was hopeless! Really need a steam iron to iron shirts etc properly

Views are stunning and rooms are great.

The power being blown by using the Iron was a bit ofa nuisance but the staff were excellant

Amazing views and huge living areas & bedrooms... Value for money and friendly staff... Very impressed with the early check in that was available too.

Ake the receptionist was fantastic. Room was ready when we arrived and the location is perfect.

the facilities was good , and very well maintained in the place , we were in room 7007 3 bed room and we loved it

there should be some instructions on things like the use of the oven /microwave . will be good to even have a wi system in the living room too

On may 7, 2013, I checked out earlier than my son and daughter and gave my key to an east indian security male personnel at the reception desk, around 530am. When my children checked out at 10am, the clerk charged them $20 for the lost key, claiming that no key had been endorsed to him. This is very annoying because the burden of proof is shifted to the customer. Why not check the cctv tape to verify who is telling the truth. I had to make a long distance phone call to complain, but the clerk Eric promised to email their response. It,s been 3 days and so far, nothing on my email. He also promised to call, but nothing. Actually, Eric was one of the nicer guys in the front desk, but the guy who charged the $20 without properly investigating was a white guy on the morning of Tues, May 7, around 10am.

The possition, the view, the amenities, the comfort, the price.

The fact that I did ask for single beds in all rooms and had a reply with a yes, but on arrival we did not get it. And the sharing of 4 towels between six people. Obviously if 6 people are checking in 6 towels are required. We should not have to ask for them. The serviced bit is questionable. Again the beds were not made, and we had to ring.

Love it. Always stay there when in sydney.

Hot tub was not warm enough.

Just a small thing, the TV in the bedroom was dificult to operate. Staff did get it working but you still counldn't change chanels.
