We got the 3-bedroom apartment while we stayed in Sydney. The location of the place is great as it is right in the center of city. This worked perfect for us as we had a 7/11 right opposite the facility with Kebab shops, bars and china town right there. All in all great place to stay.

Although Meriton have 2 other facilities most likely the next time around I'd select the one either on Pitt Street or on Kent Street.

For first time visitors to Sydney, the World Tower was in a great place. It's very accessible to shops and restaurants, right at ground floor level. We also loved that the monorail station in right at our building. Going to Darling Harbor, qvb, Paddy's Market, etc. was not a problem at all. The staff were also very helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. Great place!

We can only think of two slightly negative points to give with regards to our stay at the Meriton World Tower. First, the cleaning staff left a bunch of dirty linens in one of our rooms. Since it was our last day in Sydney, we simply put it in the laundry room for them to get. Second, the insulation of the rooms aren't too efficient. My husband and I would sometimes wake up because of sirens from the street below. Other than this, it was a comfortable stay for us.

There needs to be a restaurant inside the hotel. This would be convenient for families with children who wish to dine indoors! It needs a buffet indoor restaurant and cafe ! We ordered breakfast delivered to our room via your menu provided, however had the worst breakfast ever! Never again!

Good location , plenty of room for kids in apartment although was upgraded from 2 to 3 room.sensational view of city , day or night.very clean , very comfortable.

For a 5 star rating thought it was rude to pay $3 for a bottle of water, parking although was validated was still a little hard to comprehend.

It was nice stay, good location, and very near to darling harbour and other sight seeings, near to monorail and other transport, only timer was autoset for AC to switch off every four hour, which was little disconfort during nights, kitchen cutlery were little less comparitively, over all good stay.

We loved the location, friendliness of the staff, the view and the luxury- Everything really. We stayed on the 64th floor with a breathtaking view of the sfs and scg - had the wow factor. We were wary after reading a few negative comments, but really believe this hotel deserves its 5 star rating. Particularlyenjoyed the pool and spa on the 61st floor, and will be back to stay again at our earliest opportunity. .Thankyou for a brilliant stay!!

Location & view. Staff were very friendly on check in & check out. The apartment had lots of space.

Wait for lifts due to height of tower, however the wait was worth it.

Staff were excellent - friendly yet service-oriented. Facilities were at least as expected. Location was fantastic - near to everything we wanted to visit: Chinatown, Darling Harbour and City shopping but just a short trip to Circular Quay, the Opera House, Bridge, Manly Ferry. We had a wonderful time - next time we'll stay longer. Thank you Meriton

Excellent value for money. My family from America came to visit and we shared a 3 bedroom apartment on the 76th floor. Beautiful views and absolutely perfect for what we needed. There were a total of 6 of us and was very spacious. I would highly recommend.

The penthouse was beautiful and the views were amazing - the only disappointing experience was a staff member at the reception who booked us in - she was very rude and when I mentioned the next day when booking out that there was no coffee machine in the room she didn't believe me and questioned me - I felt the need to tell her to feel free to check my luggage :))

Convenient to the city both for visiting new hopping.

I thought the reception was un friendly and somewhat remote, this did vary according to which member of staff was on vduty but the service was not consistent. Also although the rooms were well appointed there were some annoying issues for example sockets not in convenient places to use hair dryers
