Cancellation

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 28.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit
A fixed amount of AUD 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Mermaid beach park view has a great location close 2 beaches, parks just 5 min away from draculas and pacific fair. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room could have been cleaner and maybe new furnishings |
