Clean, updated rooms, great location

There was not security door on the car park.

Good location. Good food. Pleasant staff.

Comfortable Room, Beds Excelent, Good Location.

The room Refrigerator contained lots of stuff and left no room for what I wanted to keep cool. The credit card surcharge is sneaky and ridiculous as I was required to give card details to book, will take this into concideration when in the area again.

Cold and clinical room, bed uncomfortable, shower terrible, no atmosphere - cold

Bar staff excellent. Reception excellent.

Very busy breakfast room. Cold "hot" buffet food. Coffee ran out at 7.30. Shower poor pressure.

It was central for what we wanted to do and was new and clean and fresh.

Good location for Ipswich City Centre and less than an hour into Brisbane. Clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

Underground parking not gated. No card key access to the lift, so anyone could access the Hotel via the carpark.

Very friendly & helpful staff in the hotel an din the restaurant.

This is a great hotel in a modest mid sized rural city. Staff and Food are real exceptional highlights. Its a real value for money proposition, with wonderful service and staff. Visit Ipswich and you won't go wrong here.

Convenience

The shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was empty when I arrived and empty when I left after two nights.

Its central location, under cover parking, and general new clean feel of rooms and facilities.

The shower head and water pressure was disappointing. Most uncomfortable for anyone over 1.5m wanting to have a quick shower and wash their hair!! More kitchen facilities and room would have been preferred. Very basic and minimal.

Lovely and clean, staff were all very cheerful and helpful.... Highly recommended!

A little bit noisy if there is a function down stairs.... Didn't go too late.

As I was there for the Eisteddfod weekend, I found it so absolutely convenient to everywhere I had to be. Plenty of room and the room was very comfortable. I was also able to check in a little earlier than the 2pm stated time which allowed me to arrive in a more relaxed frame of mind. Great to have the under parking for the car too. Staff were more than friendly. A great place to stay!!

Efficient staff, good inner city location, acceptable price of room.

Restaurant was excessively expensive, I walked about 300 m to a much better value restaurant for dinner.

The restaurant stayed open for our group to get dinner after a very long day at QR and we got a very nice meal albeit expensive .

The lift didn't go to the bottom car park

Cram bruille dessert. I may stop coming if the new chef takes it off the menue. Resteraunt staff can be very helpful and kind and make the stay pleasant. The room was comfortable.

I don't think the front counter staff always come accros as helpful or well presented. My room stank on entry from the drain in the bathroom. I did tell the desk.216

Nice clean room. Good vibe about the hotel. Friendly staff.

Air conditioner didn't work. Limited chanel's on TV, and TV was tiny.

I could not raise anyone at 10pm for room service

Last two times we have stayed the air conditioning has not worked adequately. This time we removed the windows to cool and ventilate the room however large numbers of birds outside the hotel make it very noisy. Staff know this is an issue but are unable to resolve the situation. It appears that the thermostats are fixed in some way so rooms are over warm.

Friendly staff, extended office hours, close proximity to services, quiet, modern, clean & tidy.

Uncomfortable bed.

Staff were wonderful

my breakfast was cold :(, but I still ate it because I was hungry
