the staff at Middle park were the best and most caring I have ever come across. They were young, enthusiastic, and extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Nothing was too small or too big for them to help with. ON my last afternoon there I got hit by a car door while biking. They called the hospital ER several times to check on how I was doing. How many hotels would do that? The hotel also has great food and is in one of the nicest and friendliest neighbourhoods I have ever seen

The room was great! Staff very friendly & helpful. Didn't spend enough time there! Also confusion in the morning... Our room included breakfast but we ended up having to pay???

The staff were wonderful and so was the food. Felt very comfortable. A little busy for me at times, but a great place attracts more people. A lot of stairs to the top floor, but good exercise.

The location on the park was lovely, st parking was free which was amazing so close to the city. The rooms had a nice design touch breaking away from white standard hotel rooms. A lovely stay No gym at this hotel, but it is opposite Albert park so get out and about.

relaxing environment, close to city and beaches, great location, shops and cafes, lovely street, shower was excellent, female receptionist was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel has history, close to tram line and parks parking times allowed 1hr outside hotel. accused of smoking in room when hadnt,

The Staff were very friendly. The ease of getting to the Hotel from the Train Station or City. Close to the water, Cafe`s Room was Modernized and Clean. would recommend to others but have light Luggage. The musky smell in the hall from the old suitcases. Not having Lifts to handle your luggage.

the staff were most helpful and carried our luggage up two floors to our room. Also gave us lots of information about the area No lift. one drink and one main course for breakfast and having to pay for any extras - toast etc.

Loved everything about our stay here!! The hotel and atmosphere is beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly no matter who served us. We would definitely stay again and I would also recommend this hotel to anyone. The pillows, after lying on them for a while they were like concrete! I had to borrow pillows off a friend who lived close by just to get a good night sleep.

The position was great - a few minutes walk to the bach, to the tram for city centre and several very good eateries nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a minor housekeeping issue was quickly and pleasantly dealt with. The food was excellent - even breakfast had gourmet touches and bar snacks and dinner in the restaurant were delicious. Would be happy to saty here again. The rooms are a bit small compared to many modern hotels but we were prepared for this by other reviews and it wasn't a problem.

coffee tea etc of great quality loved the big tv restaurant food was good but a bit small in portions room was small stairs were hard for person with mobility issues (should have checked first) pillows too big and hard
