The beds were very comfortable the fact that the toilet in the ensuite of 901 did not flush and I had to turn the plumbing on for the sink tap to work, these should have been in full working order.

It delivered on all of my expectations and all of the information in the advertising. The reception staff were very pleasant and welconing and couldnt be more helpful when I asked for some information / advice about traveling around Brisbane. I was very impressed.

The service from the staff was exceptional - very friendly, helpful and efficient The living space in the main room was very small and the sofa not big enough for the four of us to sit comfortably to relax and watch television.

Nothing Back to the Oaks ! Requested River view, received no view but other buildings NO room in bedrooms Bedroom next to sewerage pipes Noisy Too small Balcony not functional Exec room had no exec facilities, no desk, nor wok area my company empoys 2500 people, we are back to other apartments

We stayed at Midtown Apts on two separate occasions and were very pleased with all aspects of our visit, including very helpful staff, presentation of rooms and location signing the city. Maybe it was just us, but we didn't have the best sleep on any of the 4 nights we stayed. Think pillows may not be right. That was our thought anyway. Would stay at Midtown again though.

The location. The rooms. The receptionist. The guy who moaned about a few friends coming up to "party". Not so much the guy himself. Just the way he spoke to me, as if I were an 18 year old immature teenager.

I loved how modern it was and very good value. The staff was very friendly and everyone staying there was nice too! I would defiantly stay there again. We wanted a extra blanket but that could have been easily asked for....

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment was very handy for shopping and a 15min walk to GOMA, Southbank.Lot's of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A special thankyou to the housekeeping staff. The apartment was spotless, no mould in the shower and no grubby finger prints on kitchen cupboard doors and glass. The room was presented well. The crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils were of good quality. Kitchen layout very functional. Very comfy bed, linen spotless, towels fluffy and soft. I will be recommending "The Midtown" to friends and family. As a suggestion I would install curtains or blinds in the lounge area for extra privacy.

our reason for our trip was that our daughter had an operation. the staff went out of their way to help us and accommodate us in everyway. thank so much to the staff for guaranteeing our parking and looking after our family during this stressful time. we will definatly stay here again

The location and having a balcony space,well equipped kitchen, reception was great. Only 1 towel per person in room. A service offer every 3 days for a modest fee would be appreciated.
