Like the location and the general "vibe" of the place Room was clean but hallways/doors etc needed some attention - fingerprints on the walls in the same place for 3 days and so on

Friendly, clean, great bar on Ground floor (with great staff) A king size bed is not two single beds put together! They are so uncomfortable and I wouldn't stay again purely because the 'king size' bed - was two singles. Other than that, place was great.

Car parking on site Location No table and chairs in room (I believe this is because we had a studio room) Unfortunately the studio room is the best we can afford. We will be returning at the end of November.

Room was great and had a great view over the park. The breakfast. Can't really blame the hotel though as its not there restaurant they just give you vouchers to go there. Save your money and walk 5 mins down the road and have a good decent breakfast.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, nice art, great restaurant The room was clean but smelt quite strange, Walls were quite dirty, could see marks and finger prints. Prints and spots on the cutlery, And the pay per view should be accessible in the bedroom as well as the lounge

The bed was comfortable. The room was too small and dark, no window in the bedroom, with curtained windows which let in no light, the outdoor space was laughable. The kitchen was minimal, only one teaspoon and two plates and cups. The ceilings were bare concrete, supposedly eco friendly but the room was so dark we had to have the lights on so defeated the object. It felt like living in a garage.Yes the trams run outside but you have to pay a non returnable charge just to buy a travel card so a bit expensive for 2 days and it was too far from the city to walk.

the staff where helpful and friendly. the entrance was very inviting. the bathrooms were very nice clean and roomy. the room was very noisy with street traffic. the room was very hard to move around in and the fridge was not very clean, there were sauce stains on one of the shelves. the aircon was difficult to adjust. we had to ask for more plan tea bags.

I liked the convenience of the tram outside the hotel. I liked how spacious it was and how well presented the rooms were. It was an easy place to live for our few days in Melbourne. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent. I found the bedroom airless at night as I didnt want to turn on the air conditioner because of the noise of the unit. The air was either hot or cold and blew directly down on the bed. I opened a window but there was a party going on in a floor below that seemed to start at about 3 in the morning that disturbed my sleep. I think that guests should be warned about disturbing the sleep of otherts and loud gatherings should not be permitted.

I would like to thank the two lovely young receptionists who helped solve my transport problem when i was stuck in the city and no taxi's available and also later, for stepping in to the road in the rain to hail a taxi for me to get to the airport. Very friendly and helpful at a time that I was stressing that I might miss my flight back to Sydney.

Handy to tram stop, friendly staff, comfortable bed and a fun vibe to the place with modern decor. This stay we heard doors and cabinets closing a lot, but very rarely any voices. Some find the light from the air conditioner unit to be bothersome at night - you can't turn it off.

Very clean, very comfortable. Good location, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. A bit far from the city centre, mostly because of construction that disrupted the tram routes, and required a walk of about 600 meters to continue your journey to the city centre. No big deal, unless travelling with 20 kg of luggage you didn't plan to carry for 600 meters. The place was a bit cold, not in temperature, but in overall welcoming and decor, both the building and the staff.

On a hole we were disappointed with the Mint. When WiFi is advertised as free it should be free, not $20 for 24 hours. We felt there were a lot of cost cutting going on,which just doesnt add to the overall enjoyment of your stay. Won't be going back.

Good location between beach & main city hub, and therefore good accompanying value. Studio apartment a little small, which made cooking a bit tricky.

Great staff, beautifully appointed rooms, great value for money, centrally located with tram outside, very peaceful, large balconies, spacious rooms. Will definitely return each time we are in Melbourne, nothing compares to this in the same price bracket. Room service food is from an outside company and is terrible!

I loved that the staff were so approachable, they also made me feel very welcome and I was able to get into my room at 11 am. They were not too far from the cbd, but some people wouldn't have walked it, there is a tram right outside. All staff lovely especially Kimberly who listen very patiently to me about the dump I had stayed at the night before, thank you so much. The restaurant was not open on Good Friday (it was connected but separate bussiness), so ended up having to go to local shop.
