Nice Restaurant They have a dinner and Accommodation package that we only found out about once we had already booked the room and were eating dinner. So it seems we missed out on that opportunity.

Enjoyed everything about Miss Maud's Hotel. The staff were friendly, was close to the city centre and shops, enjoyed the smorgasbord breakfasts and dinners - the hotel was certainly not new but was well maintained and had an intimate and old world charm about it. We were also tempted by Miss Maud's wonderful cake shop next door. Would definitely return there on our next trip to Perth..

Close to city and breakfast was excellent. Room's air conditioning wasn't cold enough and it made a rattling sound throughout. Same applied to fridge. Rubber mat adhesive for bath tub couldn't stay on properly hence provided a falling hazard a few times, once with a 7yo involved which would have been very dangerous and a liability.

Great restaurant, nice bathrooms, free fast wifi, good value and fair location. Variable staff - at restaurant they couldn't have been nicer, reception much less friendly, perhaps just general disinterest. room was poor for a superior room: small high level windows looking out onto other rooms. Dark and my room at least was very narrow with barely enough room to walk alongside bed.

The lighting in the rooms was excellent as most hotels are too dark n hard to see anything . Loved the room we had with a balcony and natural light and fresh air. Was well set out clean in and in the hallways . Laundry was great with everthing you needed and excellent price for the machines anywhere Ive seen in perth. The outside deck area was so nice and all the herbs for the kitchen was a great idea. We were very suprused with this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it and the food was great. The manager and staff in the restaurant were lovely people. Loved the old lift was sooo cute!!

FOOD WAS EXCELLENT! ROOMS WERE FAIR AT BEST. NEEDS AN UPGRADE/RENOVATION. DISAPPOINTED THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE EVEN A PARTIAL REFUND FOR CHECKING OUT EARLY. NO CARPARK FACILITY OR CARPARK SERVICE/DISCOUNT OFFER FROM HOTEL IS DISAPPOINTING. WILL NOT REFER CLIENTS TO HOTEL STAY AS THERE IS BETTER ACCOMMODATION AND VALUE FOR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

The smorgasborg breakfast included in the price is very good value. Having the parking tower across the road is also very convenient. Our car was there from 5pm to 8am and cost only $22. We had a standard twin room and found it very small. The two beds were actually touching each other which is not the best.

The staff were very accomodating when I had to change the dates of my stay. The restaaurant staff were very attentive and the most polite I have ever encountered at a hotel. The breakfast was as good as any 4 star hotel in Perth.

Staff were most obliging. Kindly provided us with a room to shower and to freshen up for our long haul flight departing at midnight. Free Wi-fi internet service was appreciated. Extensive breakfast buffet was good. Would be nice to have a lounge to sit & relax prior to and after check- out. Had to check out by 11am and a long-haul intercontinental flight at midnight.

The hotel was delightful, in an old-fashioned yet modern style. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast smorgasbord out of this world.We couldn't wish for anything else and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Perth.
