The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant to deal with. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who would like an independent fuss free reasonably priced stay at Mollymook.

Friendly service, clean rooms, and good value.

With the 'triple', the bathroom had to be accessed through the bedroom, which was a bit awkward for the third person sleeping in lounge.

Double bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Service was second rate. No room servicing included in price. Had to make own bed and no cleaning of floors or changing linen during stay. No shampoo, shower soap, or washers supplied. No milk supplied for tea or coffee making. No PAY TV only local channels. Apartment poorly and cheaply decorated.

The motel was over priced, small & very dated! This should be budget accommodation but was quiet expensive considering the standard & location which by the way is next door to the cemetery!!

1) The motel was easy to find. 2) The rooms were quite spacious except for the bathroom. 3) Most rooms were clean. 4) Easy access to the car for luggage. 5) Bed was comfortable.

It was a bit of a Fawlty Towers experience - 1) No one to greet us at reception for a good 20 minutes despite ringing bells and calling out and phoning - we were tired having travelled a long way and needed to go to the loo. Eventually a third phone call roused someone to come and help us. 2) For a while it appeared that they had no record of our booking. It wasn't until I handed over my copy of the confirmation of booking that the matter was settled. 3) I was very lucky not to trip on the concrete outside reception as I stubbed my toe on uneven ground - it would have been a nasty fall. 4) We were going to be sent to two rooms upstairs despite me believing the booking was made for two rooms downstairs - better for my elderly father. 5) Had trouble opening the glass sliding door - too dark at night to see the black latch properly. 6) We ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare roll or even any tissues. We had to 'borrow' a spare roll from my father's room next door. 7) There was quite a large sticky/greasy spill of something splattered over the middle of the kitchenette floor - had to navigate around it.

Peaceful location, close to the seaside. Good rest stop after a long drive, had a great nights sleep

Very little and to describe it as luxurious was totally misleading. The establishment needs extensive updating.

On arrival there was no toilet paper in the bathroom nor a garbage bag in the kitchen rubbish tidy.No soap provided for shower. Bath towels were frayed and very musty and replacements were requested the next day. Tea towels were badly stained and ripped and were unfit for use. The replacement tea towels the following day were either torn or still stained to some degree. The air conditioner did not appear to be connected.

Location was convenient for us

Fairly basic facilities for the price. The note that there would be extra an extra charge if any dirty dishes were left was surprising. I would expect them to be professionally cleaned!

It was very clean.

Overpriced for a very ordinary old cramped facility. Gave the impression that there was two bedrooms - there wasn't.Not suitable for 2 adults & 1 teen. Bathroom/fridge/table all tiny. Visa card was drawn down before we arrived. We wanted to use another card ... it was too late.

False advertisement, the motel is right next to the Memorial Park, not a pleasant "garden view"!

It was relatively quiet and we were largely undisturbed except at night when others were a tad noisey.

Landing lights at night weren't all working, DVD in room wasn't connected to the TV and when I did go about connecting it myself, it was physically impossible (DVD was RCA Output and TV was HDMI or Component) Room wasn't serviced in the 4 days we were there.....Granted we put up the Do Not Disturb sign each night and turned it to Please Service My Room before Noon each day however, it was not serviced at all. Cutlery was sparce in the room...It was OK for us as 2 adults (barely) but you couldn't have had a guest if you wanted to.

Iva, the sole member of staff was always helpful and polite. The location was reasonably close to the beach.

It is erroneously listed as luxury apartments. The building appears modern externally however furnishings are cheap and worn, the bed uncomfortable. A previous occupant had left a large kfc box and some plastic bowls in a cupboard. Rooms not serviced during our four night stay. It's located immediately beside a cemetery - didn't adversely affect us Our booking was late due to work uncertainty. We definitely wouldn't stay again or recommend the motel.

Kitchen didn't include a frying pan.

Room was not serviced in the two days we stayed. We had to clean all the articles in the kitchen before we could use them.
