It was centrally located and suited us for our purpose in the area. The motel was not far from Hoppers Crossing Railway Station. The motel staff were very friendly.

The staff were helpful and the availability of a restaurant was one of the key reasons I chose this motel rather than others in the area. At times quite noisy with the traffic.

The room was comfortable. Easy access to the freeway. Train is next door and very loud. Traffic is very heavy in this area. The restaurant was out of many items supposedly because of a heavy weekend but we were there on Thursday. Food they had was good.

Friendliness of staff, clean room, great hot water, closeness to Werribee South Beach, Werribee Zoo, Melbourne CBD and the Bellarine Peninsula. We stayed in a standard room. The mattress could use a topper on it to make it more comfortable.

The staff were kind enough to let us in our room even though we had arrived early. Also there was a sign in reception advertising the Tigers club a few doors up where we had an enjoyable meal. They seem to have maintenance issues. When we went to have our first shower the shower screen came off the runners. We called reception and a young man came and fixed it but we had to be very careful with it for the rest of our stay. The towell rail was also coming off the wall which we reported. The cleaning staff were very late coming to our room so even though we left the "please make up my room" sign and went out for two and a half hours in the morning it was still not done by the time we came back. The cleaning lady did apologise for this but subsequently we told her not to bother and just give us some clean towells and replenish the tea/coffee etc We travelled around Victoria for 2 weeks and this accomodation although the most expensive on our trip did not compare to some that only cost us $80 per night.

Food in restaurant was good. Beds were comfortable. Friendly staff in office and restaurant. Location. Having to U-turn to get there. Suite could perhaps be called something more appropriate.
