Space, facilities and cleanliness
Just needed a refresh and a larger shower
Easy to get where we needed to go
A mix up in the booking, had to pay to stay, couldn't find the key to the room. Couldn't contact easy to check in.
Fire alarms didnt work. No can opener. Not the cleanest. Needs a lot of maintenance.
Convenient location for getting to and from city by tram. Spacious 3brm apartment with free wifi.
Interior a bit grubby and in need of refurbishment. Premium rates not great value for money but peak holiday time so little choice
The whole apartment needed a good clean.
It's location to Moonee Valley Racecourse. Plenty of room and offstreet parking. It is a full town house.
needs repair work.
Lovely staff. Perfectly located. Facilities excellent. Off street parking. Close to racecourse and a great bistro. Kitchen all mod cons. Very clean all over.
The units are old and poorly kept they are sdvertised as serviced apartments but service is not supplied
Apartment was comfortable, everything you could want, much better than staying at a hotel in the city with limited facilities.
Shower, a little small,
Great location Car park Good price
In need of a paint Shower in poor condition
The staff were very helpful and the town house was a good size for a large group of people like we had travelling. It was also great to have the car parked outside the door and off the street.
There was nothing not to like except the bed settee in the sitting room was great as a settee but. To so good as a bed.
Location, close to Mooney Valley, up the road from Flemington and the city. Main bedroom and family room were large and the double length garage was very handy for storage.
The interior is getting a little tired and could do with some vinyl floor repairs and repainting.
Finding a used syringe on a chair in the courtyard and the ashtray had not been emptied will not be booking here again
We stay at these apartment because of the great location to attend the Mooney Valley Racecourse.
Seemed a bit more expensive this time than last time we stayed and at about $370 per night for a 2 bedroom apartment, it seemed a bit high for the basic type of accommodation.
Friendly staff, very nice neighbourhood. Right across from Moonee race course.
Bit of a walk to public transport, and a taxi costs about $40. Beds not great, and lack of pillows.
Location was OK
Dingy, second rate, venetian blinds old, dirty and broken, most couldnt be closed properly, no other window coverings. Vinyl covering on kitchen floor torn and worn, skirting boards dirty, rodent bait trap beside frige. Only two miserable pillows on bed, no spare linen (blanket). Dog barked consistently for hours next door (early in the morning)
Friendly and obliging managers, good space within apartments, comfortable beds, good size bathrooms, close to public transport
Apartments are worn and in need of refurbishment, subsequently costly at price of $350:00 p/n for a 5 night stay.
shabby dirty lounges and blinds. Bathroom patched tiles to poor standard, also cracked tile in shower. had to ask for milk the 3rd day.(had none replenished 2nd day). 1 flat pillow each. had to ask for 2nd pillow and for blanket. downstairs air conditioner in bad condition. overall sub standard.
I liked the pleasant manner of the staff.
Location was great. Size and layout of apartment were good.
Supposedly a 'serviced' apartment. We had no service at all during our five night stay. The ceiling leaked through the airconditioning duct after using the shower. Some power points were dangerously loose/unattached. Air conditioner did not work.
Withdrawal of $200 from credit for incidentals upon arrival without mentioning it and taking a week for it to be deposited back in - take $200 cash for a bond?
Were contacted the day before by phone. Greeted when,we arrived. Great location.
Stairs a but steep
location self service
- a litte run down - not as nice as in pictures - dont feel safe with signs posted on front door - not enough parking for every unit
The Moonee Valley Views Apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. We had a family dinner with the Melbourne part of the family and the lack of pots, pans and implements was limiting but we coped. A short walk to Puckle St shops, tram and bus exchange and a bit further on for the train line. Easy distance from the airport and space to park a (last minute decision) hire car.
adequate but in need of renovation to modernise--paintwork and surrounds have been neglected for too long
Most disturbing were the 2 parties in adjoining apartments--which disturbed our sleep--also the creaking floorboards in our rooms were also a nuisance.
