Convenient location. Room was spacious. Air conditioning on as we arrived hot & bothered

The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. The cleaning staff were equally helpful, making sure that we had everything that we would like to have. They made us feel very special and important. I loved the location, so close to our needs - shops, restaurants, market and local bus stops etc.. The pool was great, very clean and no chemicals that could be of concern. We really loved staying there and would love to come again. Even though the accommodation was fully booked we felt that we were the only guests there. It was all very quiet and private.

The one thing that I missed was a full length mirror. I could only see the top half of myself and I had to guess the rest of me!! One of the cleaning ladies brought in a clothes horse for us to dry bathers, towels etc. and that was great.

Everything about the complex was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the suites

Being so close to the laundry (Room 202) the noise of the staff wheeling trolleys etc & talking/laughing just outside our room so early in the morning was a bit annoying.

The pool was great and the location was very handy.

No recycling for rubbish.

Loved that you didn't know others were there...no noise, interruptions from other guests. Enjoyed the spa and beauty treatments great place for our honeymoon

Loved the location. Our two bedroom apartment was fabulous with our own balcony over looking the pool and the beach. Would definately stay here again

The air conditioner was not working in the original room we booked. We upgraded to a room with a balcony so it did not matter.Upgraded room was costly.

We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the day of our departure. The outlook to the sea is wonderful and the grass gave our little granddaughters somewhere to run and play happily. I hope when we come again to try the massage and other therapy options. Great place. Great people.

I have stayed before and will come back again. It is a very peaceful resort and has lovely facilities and is close to the city centre. Very clean and tidy, presents very well and being close to Matsos is a bonus.

Shower could have been cleaner

Spaceous rooms with everything (like cooking facilities, good fridge) in it what needed, cleanliness of rooms and the swimmingpool.

We had room 203 and couldn't sit outside in front our room due to all the airconditionings of all the rooms blowing hot wind in our face with a lot of noise. In the evening we tried to sit somewhere outside there was only 1 sitting place which was occupied. Eventually we took our drinks and nibbles to the swimming pool area. I think for the price you pay there should also be a place where you can sit relaxed outside. Also, I recommend more shade at the swimmingpool area.
