First time staying on a B&B inn which is a unique experience for us. Excellent service with great breakfast by Denise. Provided towels and robes for us too prior to our visit to the hot spings. Would definietly stay here again when we're back.

The friendliness of the proprietor,Denise, made us very comfortable. Also the location was a short walk from main centre. Bed was also very comfortable and shower good. Lots of low points in ceiling height in our room a bit of a problem for my tall husband. If staying again would probably look at another room only for that reason.

The location was great. The breakfast - and afternoon teas - were great. Denise was an excellent host and couldn't have been more helpful when needed. It was a perfect choice for staying on after a wedding and we had a really relaxing time.

Wonderful old home that felt welcoming. Beautiful bits and pieces everywhere. Comfortable couches. The best bed I've ever slept in, and close to the beach.Walked to excellent restaurants. Very central to lots the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. A thoroughly enjoyable experience that is highly recommended. There was nothing to dislike about this B&B. It was fabulous. Accommodation excellent, gorgeous breakfasts and arvo teas, and very helpful owners. The rooms were beautifully furnished with lots of lovely touches everywhere.

Denise was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed as well as providing great tips on surrounding attractions. We were a bit disappointed that the great hot breakfasts we'd read people raving about we're not on offer during our stay.

The facility was very nice, decor was appropriate to the description provided for the room we booked. Food was good, location suited us for the business we were there for. The fact that no-one was onsite when we arrived. We had to ring the owner to find out where the key was, and then we just wandered into the building to find our room. We discussed this with the owner when we were leaving and she explained the reason for the non attendance.

Warm and extremely helpful hospitality by Denise who runs this quaint b&B. We stayed in the 'Oriental Room' which was really plush and full of lovely oriental decor. You could tell the whole place had a lot of care an thought put into its design and upkeep. The b&b was walking distance to the beach and a decent stroll to the main shops and restaurants. We can't wait to be back and stay longer!

コテイジ風の２ベッドルーム・リビングも広く清潔でバックヤードにはBBQの設備もあり快適でした。 静かな住宅街にあるのにビーチはすぐ、メインストリートにも遠くないので 便利なロケーションに位置していました。 オーナーの家は必見！ アンティクな家と家具、素敵ですよ！ 良くないのではなく、車が無いと移動が大変です。 尤も滞在するつもりなら問題ないのですが・・・・
