Convenience to the city and comfort.

The swimming pool is mid- represented in the advertising- under the freeway looking at diggers and a pile of sand and gravel. No view if the swan river.

The apartment we eventually hd, on the sixth floor on the front, as we requested when we booked well in advance

Finding ourselves in an apartment on the back of the building, after assurance two days before and when we arrived that we were on the front. after making a fuss, we were moved 24 hours later and staff were very good - though not helpful when we arrived.

Good location especially with the convenient free CAT bus right at the door step. Love that we have an allocated car park lot even though our lot was taken the day we checked in. Apt was well equipped, and staff friendly.

Water heater was down for 2 days and we had to put up with cold showers until it was fixed. Internet was also down the day we checked in.

Great location, nice apartments.

The internet service (Tomizone) is terrible. Extremely bad signal, several outages. I would like to stay here again on my business trips, but I will not unless the internet service improves.

Great location. Parking on site was a big bonus. Staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful. Near to Kings park and easy walk to city centre and Barrock Street Jetty.

Decor was a little tired in places.

Loved being central to everything with bus stop at front door into city centre. Some lovely access to walk / riding pathways straight over the road that take you all around city river highlights. Apartments nice and spacious with a decent size balcony to sit 2 -3 persons but no real view.

Air cond died during evening on a 38 deg day and there is no air cond in bedrooms WAY back back of apartment so we sweltered. When we opened the back bedroom windows the flywire was all torn so we were invaded by mosquitoes and eaten and no flyspray provided in room.

Staff were very polite and helpful . Service was efficient and quick. Safe secure parking that can only be accessed by swipe card. will def stay there again .

The facilities and the opportunity for fitness and relaxation was nice. It was also a short walk to Perth Arena and eating areas in the CBD.

As we stayed on NYE there were some very noisy guests and calls to reception to deal with the individuals concerned did not address the issue.

The restaurant was closed all the time, the pool was too small and you could not use the stairs

The rooms were small; the air-conditioning was in the bedroom and did not adequately service the other rooms; the fridge was small; the couch was small without a comfortable armchair; the reading light was poor.

I liked the convenience of a laundry and a kitchen, together with separate bedroom and lounge. Parking and transport were both readily available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The surroundings were pleasant and it was easy to commute in and out of the city whilst staying close to the Swan River

The apartment faced east and was very hot all morning. Although air conditioning was installed it really only cooled the bedroom which meant that the remainder of the apartment became very hot during the day.

The location

The restaurant was terrible. The service on Sunday morning was the worst I have ever experienced. No greeting as we entered the resturant, the waitress just stood at her desk look at her computer screen. Then when I asked to order she ignored me so I went back to our table. When we eventually got our food, actually had the waitress arguing with me in front of everyone. I had returned my eggs benedict as the sauce was mayo, not hollandaise, really really vinegary. I told her this and she kept saying, its not mayo, its not mayo. She wouldn't even taste it. Then she didn't even ask if I wanted anything else and charged me $18.95 for it and a cup of tea!

The apartment was spacious,clean and very close to all that perth had to offer.Staff were friendly and courteous.We would definetly stay there again.

There are not many places within walking distance to dine out. The restaurant in the hotel had restricted hours. However,the cooking facilities in the apartment were excellent.

Close to Convention Centre, short travelling time to CBD etc

No clear instruction regarding where to check in, according to the booking it was 112 Mount Bay Road however there is no foyer at this address and one have to actually check in at the Waldorf Apartment reception which is located 2 blocks away. A simple clear instruction would have help make my check in more pleasant.

Not much very poor quality accommodation

The one bedroom apartment was spacious with all the amenities that we needed for a weekend stay. The bed was comfortable, the wardrobes large, the bathroom roomy and the living area and kitchen were practical and big enough if we wanted to entertain. I liked that there was a safe in the wardrobe for valuables as well as an iron. If we wanted to stay longer it is one of those places that is suitable for longer term accommodation as opposed to a tiny hotel room because of such features as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Another advantage of the property is secure free parking and good building security making us feel safe. We chose the location as we went to a restaurant nearby for a special celebration which was only ten minutes drive away.

If staying in these apartments you really need a car to get around although in good weather walking into the city would not be difficult. Taxis are difficult to get on weekends!

Good location for our purpose of business event at Convention Centre. Check-in after hours was a bit tricky...the signage was not clear directing guests to the check-in point late at night.

We enjoyed the location, the undercover secure parking,the reception staff were lovely and the beds compfy.The kitchen and lounge facilities were wonderful.

The only concern for us was the height of the bath our 78yr old mother had to manage to get into to have her shower. She has a knee replacement and bad back. Maybe next time we need to mention we need easy access to all facilities.

It is a lifeless property

I paid aud 60 for the hotel Tomizone wi-fi internet connection for 6 days but could not get any connection to the wi-fi even for a single minute.Further,I had to pay for one day extra which the hotel charged me even though I checked out one day earlier with prior notice.
