Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel  

Position was convenient to walk to town or Bell Wharf and the apartment living area was quite spacious.

Furnishings very tired. One settee had to be changed as it had completely collapsed. Second bedroom had no wardrobe or drawer units. Otherwise the apartment was pleasant and fully equiped.

A great facility in a great location with free buses to city directly outside gate.

Excessively priced.

I was very unimpressed with the price versus what we found in the apartment. We wanted to eat in but cooking was a trial! 2 tiny pots and a tiny frying pan, no baking dish - you need to have a lot of skill to cook with these. Also, the dishwasher didn't wash anything so we had to handwash!

menu at the restaurant could have been more extensive, lack of ramps for easy access and many stairs which made it difficult to handle heavy luggage or many shopping bags full

Not fully air-conditioned. Extremely old stained carpets. Bathrooms need improving, and not enough towels provided. Not made clear on booking thar it was not going to be serviced daily unless we paid extra. We were not told that we would have to pay on arrival for the whole stay, this is unacceptable. As is charging before we saw the apartment. Only one pool was operational, in the late afternoons it was crowded, we did not use it at other times.

员工友善，Housekeeping 的员工尤是。外出算比较方便，门口有Blue Cat 站，附近taxi好像不好找。套房有厨房和洗衣设施。

1. 酒店接待人员非常有礼貌并贴心. 及时解决遇到的问题. 2. 酒店有个很不错的餐厅. 虽小但味道很棒; 3. 厨房用具种类多, 数量足, 使用非常方便.

个别沙发垫子有点脏.
