値段の割にはとても広く、清潔で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。パースのショッピング街から少し遠いと聞い- てましたが、キャットバスに何度か乗り、道を覚えたら20分くらいで歩けて、いい運動にもなりました。キン- グスパークへも裏の階段を上るとすぐに行けましたし、キャットバスのバス停は目の前ですし、とても良いロケ- ーションでした。 強いて言えば、テレビがもう少し大きい方が嬉しかったです。また、レセプションへは、階段を上らないと行け- ないのですが、帰国前に荷物を預けるのに、重いスーツケースを持って自分では階段を上ることが出来ませんで- した。（通りがかりの紳士が助けてくれましたが．．．） |

My family and i enjoyed all aspects of the Apartment Hotel. We liked the convenience of the location close to the city as well as it was very quiet. The parking was a little confusing but apart from that we would definately stay again. |

It was good value for money. We had to ask to have the shower fixed. Both times I was told there would be someone up to the room within 5 mins, this didn't happen, and subsequently we were late to our concert and couldn;t wash our hair. |

Excellent location with good acess to city, river and freeway. Great facilities - pools, tennis courts and gym. Friendly staff. Daily service of apartment plus convenient dishwasher kept housework to minimum. |

Close to our New Yeas Eve event, allowing us to avoid taxi worries. The hotel allowed us a late check out at no cost and use of the swimming pool after we checked out. |

location, set out of apartment and all the home menities. Easy to walk or drive around from this centre point. Our Unit was over the entrance to the under ground parking and every time someone come or went the gates opening and closing caused alot of noise within our unit. We were waken often through the night and then again early in the morning. |

Great Location - close to city and Kings Park - free bus outside front door into city. Secure and clean. Very limited dining or food shops nearby though and hotels resturant is closed on Sunday and Monday. 2nd Bedroom was set up with 2 single beds as requested but this meant the door was unable to be closed. |

Was close to the city. The breakfast was reasonably priced and good value for money. The menu in my room was out of date (I found this out when I went to order)... As a vegetarian when I asked for the menu to be altered eg, white sauce/gravy added was told couldn't do this.. Not accommodating at all with menu choice which I found disappointing. The treadmill was out of order. |

The initial service was a bit short and not all that welcoming, but a later contact was caring and friendly. The accommodation was good and quiet as we had a room in the back apartments. The front stairs at reception are a killer for those with disabillities or a heavy suitcase. You really need a ramp and some place tp leave luggage so that the guest does not have to carry it all the way to reception and then all the way again to the other end of the apartments. |

Location near city and close to sporting venue, rooms are quite big and very clean. Bathrooms very good size (no trouble for the family to get ready in a rush) great for secure parking all included in price. |
