Annuleringen
Bij annulering tot 2 dagen vóór de aankomstdatum worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht.
Bij annulering daarna of indien u niet komt opdagen (no-show) wordt de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht.
Kinderen en extra bedden
Alle kinderen tot 3 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, babybedjes inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen AUD 10,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal extra bedden/babybedjes in een kamer: 2.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.
Borg
Er wordt 100% van de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht uiterlijk 2 dagen vóór de dag van aankomst en kan worden gerestitueerd.
Huisdieren
Huisdieren zijn toegestaan, op verzoek (mogelijk tegen betaling).

Ligging dicht tegen centrum Perth Langs drukke snelweg..met zeer slechte geluidsisolatie..dan ook geen oog dicht gedaan...en dit na een trip van bijna 30 uur om in Perth te geraken...dus zeker niet aan te bevelen ! |

De centrale lage van het hotel.. perfect. Misschien niet de standaardvoorzieningen voor internet per appartement maar zie ook boven: op korte loopafstand zitten talrijke shops waar dat tegen een schappelijk tarief kan internetten... |

Own well-equiped kitchen, air conditioning, bath and shower as well as verandah with view of the city and river. Rather close to the freeway, in terms of noise - but sound could be dampened by closing windows and curtains. |

The proximity to Kings Park and the City The bathroom shower rose was held together with black electrical tape the bathroom cabinet was badly damaged. There was no stove instead a portable single element cooker & an electric frypan. One power point in the kitchen for toaster & kettle. The bed didn't look like it had been made properly & sagged in the middle. The wardrobe was on the balcony & the window had a huge crack. The vertical blinds had three slats missing so people could see in. The TV was tiny & we could not see the programs from the bed. The air con kept turning off, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was so noisy we kept it off. The key did not operate the deadlock & a screw fell out of the night latch. The catering service menus had out of date prices. |

good location =] the beds were not all the same design. The bed covers/blankets were but each of the actual bed frames them selves did not match in.Also there was no spare pillows in any of the cupboards. |

The bridge acroos made it convenient to get to the city. Mount street is beautiful with the teh row of trees. Room was cleaned when requested. Thanks. aircon - off after every two hours, toilet can be much better. Lighting at dressing table is necessary. |

Great location being so close to King's Park and the Perth city centre; easy walking to both. Unfortunately it was right next to the freeway too, so traffic noise is an issue. |

It was somewhere to sleep In the five nights I stayed there no one came to clean my room, the bed linen wasnt changed once, and I found out on my last day, if you wanted clean towels you had to go to reception, which I wasnt told when I booked in. |

We liked the location and it had availability when we needed it which was great. Easy to get to places of interest. Good to have hairdryer. Sadly, the bed was uncomfortable and bed comfort is my major requirement when travelling. The hotel is old and very tired but that might be OK if one had a good night's sleep. Thanks. This is not a complaint, just an observation. |

Location was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quite old and needs maintenance: leaking taps. More kitchen utensils etc Generally do with a spruce up. |

Listen up folks.. If you are looking for Clean, Caring,Cozy accomodation in Perth, MHA is the answer. The apartments are freshly painted & clean. Everything you need is included, Rice cooker, Microwave, good toaster and Kettle and more. The beds are very comfy, and warm. The ac works a treat.Super bbq facilitys. Management very helpfull when a light bulb died.. immediate response.We had 5 people in our room, I challenge anyone to find better value for money. We have already booked a further stay at Mountway. Rate 9/10 |

Good location to centre of Perth. Walking distance to cbd and parks Hotel clean but old. A service directory would of been of great benefit considering we were tourists on a conference and didnt know what was on offer from Perth until we went out, walked miles and got info. |
