Renovated in September 2012, it offers a full breakfast served on the second level deck or dining room. Guests can enjoy views of Hinterland from the property. Rooms at Mt Coolum Retreat 'A Bed & Breakfast' are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a ceiling fan. All rooms have an en suite bathroom, and most are air conditioned. Our hostess was helpful and friendly, the area was quiet and being the only people there over the weekend we had the lounge and kitchen area to ourselves. Perhaps the towels could have been bigger, a touch of luxury which more and more people seem to expect.

I loved the peaceful and homely feel. I was made very welcome, breakfast was perfect and I will definitely be going back again on my next trip.
