Lounge/Dining area was small but adequate. Friendly staff, well located to perth and rooms super clean.

Bathroom was tiny (but effective none the less.)

Excellent service! Close to Paterson Stadium. Clean & comfortable.

Centrally located, friendly and reasonably priced.

Staff were eager to assist with any request. Clean room and nIce breakfast. Very convenient location to Patterson's Stadium, Kings Park and the fantastic free Cat bus system Perth has to offer.

The bathroom was a bit small with nowhere to put clothes or toiletries.

I love to stay here because it feels like home nice cosy .be back soon

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. I liked the simplicity of the hotel. Not fancy but simple, clean and comfortable and excellent value for money comparing it to the expense of many other good quality hotels in Perth.

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel. But Perth's public transport leaves a lot to be desired. Free CAT buses at hotel very helpful but really only run in business hours. If you want to get to somewhere off the tourist trail (like the Athletics Stadium) it can be tricky.

Room size was good and clean. Hotel is located close by to the city area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free WiFi and parking.

There are no elevators. Not suitable for the aged and handicap disabled. Limited tv channels.

Breakfast included in the price. Breakfast spread was good. Room size was good and clean. Hotel is located close by to the city area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

There are no elevators. Not suitable for the aged, handicap disabled or young children. Air-con should be changed to split unit instead of window mounted air-con as it is noisy. Not much of a view if you are looking for a nice scenery outside of your window. Price is a bit steep for the offerings. Can get similar place for a much lower price. Need to call in advance if you are checking in late though as they close at about 9.30 pm and you would have to wait for them to come back to pass you the key and check-in you in. I was lucky as there was a staff working late that night.

We greatly appreciated the friendly staff and flexibility they had shown us during our stay. All staff were always pleasant and obliging which made our stay with 2 small children less stressfull I would definately recommend and it is worth the $$. Continental breakfast was great. The kids and I LOVED your pancake machine. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

A good renovation of an old building. "Feels" a bit expensive. For example we stayed the following three nights in a beautiful 2 beroom apartment next to UWA for $150 per night. But we are told that Perth is just an expensive city.

Comfortable bed, good room size, free city bus at doorstep, continental breakfast included, staff were very helpful.

Very compact ensuite, patchy wireless connection

It was good value against normally high prices charged in Perth. (We are from Queensland and do not normally pay these prices anywhere)!! Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was reasonably priced and we met some other guests there for a good chat. Food was reasonable, but what we had was not brilliant.

The dinner in the restaurant was not very good

I had heart troubles and found it hard taking the bag up the steps. In fact my wife took them up. Maybe a lift would be of benefit to older and disabled persions (pensioners ) The price i think is a little over the top in comparison to other hotels of the same star rating

The proximity to Subiaco. The room was bigger than most. The breakfast was complimentary.

Some of the support staff were not as efficient /competent as others so the check in could be a bit slow.
