Location and surrounds, food in the restaurant delightful and service very good.
No cable TV.
Booking was easy. The location was great for skiing holiday and really close to town hot meals and shopping.
On arrival the staff where rude, the room wasn't what we booked and was an UP GRADE to an outside "renovated" caravan cabin. It was cold and uncomfortable, especially with young kids. Save your money sat somewhere else, where the staff care and the rooms are warm.
Heater in room was extremely noisy & room was too cold with it off.
Staff not very friendly
It was clean.
The open shower the bed
Studio was new and clean Restaurant was great, Staff efficient and very frendly
Studio was very cold despite having the heater up full. Would not stay in the studio again. Might be OK in the summer.
Room looked modern and clean, good-sized. Service is very friendly and easy-going. Restaurant looks nice. Location is great - near shops, local attractions, and cafes.
Google Maps wasn't accurate, be mindful. Kitchen oven/stove is not multi-tasking, hot water almost ran out at night. Outdoor seating area had cobwebs.
Location of the Motel was good. It was easy to check in and check out.
The Room was cold despite having the Reverse Cycle Heating operating. The tea/coffee cups don't appear to have been used for some time - so we didn't bother using tea/coffee making facilities.
We arrived late but with a phone call to say we were on our way the restaurant table was ready for us and the friendly staff were happy to serve and chat. Great dinner. Thanks to helpful Paul at the desk for the directions, weather update and advice for our travels. Great stop on the way to the snowfields.
It would have been nice to have the heater on in the room when we checked in but it warmed up quickly.
Fantastic customer service- I got a phone call to let me know the heater would be on when we arrived. The room & bathroom were exceptionally clean- & the room was refurbished. It's great being able to park the car AT the door too. Myrtleford is picturesque.
We both liked everything
Good accommodation for a few nights. 2 TVs was an unexpected bonus. Room sizes were nice and big. Very clean and tidy.
Renovated bathrooms are impractical and dangerous. No shower screen means water goes everywhere. We used the suggested little non-slip mat (which was a little grotty) but it didn't solve the issue with water on the bathroom floor. The mat only addresses the issue if you are standing still under the shower! Some of the staff were very rude and did not know their knee from their elbow. One staff member didn't know what other staff members were doing and we were given contradictory information. If you don't know then say so, and then follow up. Get the message right and consistent across your staff.
The heater worked well.
Room had cobwebs and dust and bed was uncomfortable and pillows very flat.
cleanliness of rooms location
truck noise on highway no microwave no bowls for cereal
Good value for the price. Friendly and efficient. Rooms are neat and well equipped. Parking outside is very handy.
Bed was very average in comfort. Had some issues with the heater but eventually got that sorted. A small ant invasion but that was no-one's fault, it was the rain!
Clean kitchen and room made up well
Cold floor and bed a bit too hard for our comfort
I liked the setup
I think the vinyl covers on the beside and dresser should be changed and also the showers
Location - Set back from main road - Cleanliness
Bed lumpy. Toilet not flushing well. Room hard to warm up.
I dont know why travelers who arrive late at night cant have a microwave in their rooms! There is nothing open after 10pm in Myrtleford.
Friendly staff, very clean facilities
Bed was too hard.
Easy to find, great set up for cars to be under cover, good BBQ and outdoor set up
location to town
Uncomfortable Bedding, small room for a Executive Suite, Chairs provided were not comfortable to sit on, could have used a Microwave in room.
The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.
The bed was extremely firm and caused a poor nights sleep.
Fireplace in the dinning room, very inviting. Handy location. Helpful staff.
Was place in a family room when I book a Queen Room. It was our Anniversary.
Booked a Luxury Bungalow online. Stayed in Bungalow 3, cut our stay short as no Private BBQ, a makeshift kitchen on trolley & shelving, no kitchen sink, dining table & chairs from shared BBQ area and a 20 year old lazy boy does not count as a sofa.
The landscaping and restaurant were lovely.
My room had a view to all the other doorways, and the window had no privacy screening curtain so the blind had to be drawn the whole time, making me feel like I was in a box not in the lovely motel environment.
