Loved the complimentary wine, the staff service, the cafe, the room

there was nothing really i could fault apart from when the car park was full hard to find somewhere.

Close to waterfront,walking distance to everything, heated pool. Pleasant Housekeeping staff. Topped up Tea / coffee daily :) Check out staff friendly

Milk not offered on arrival,for tea /coffee, so had to walk to shopping centre. Pillows not very comfortable, need replacing,lumpy / bumpy

Everything is within walking distance. Its great to hop on the ferry from Hawks Nest-Tea Gardens & get away for a couple of relaxing days.

The so-called bay view room was more of the pub next door car park view room

Small room - but maybe I'm just used to bigger rooms.

Staff were friendly and obliging. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and very presentable.

The sliding door was not locked when we arrived and was difficult to lock (Room 11). The power points are all close to the floor or bench making it impossible to plug in a transformer to charge my phone. There is no clock in the room. The internet (wifi) was the slowest I have ever experience. I ended up using my phone and the mobile internet connection because the hotel's wifi was just too slow for me to work - the server kept kicking me out because of a lack of response.

Excellent location for trips around Port Stephens. Well located for restaurants and shops in Nelson Bay

Whilst the bedroom and bathroom were newly decorated, the bathroom floor had old stains and looked a mess. Noise from "end of season" building work that was ongoing during the day.

- Very friendly & helpful staff; - Excellent Breakfast & Coffee; - Great location in the heart of Nelson Bay; - Rooms have screen doors to balcony; - Clean & comfortable;

- Price for the room was a little high, but expected for the Easter Break, and location;

Liked the bed, it was very comfortable.Spa bath was wonderful.Staff overall were helpful.

No parking availiable especially when staff were parked in disabled spot.Underneath the Toilet seat had not been cleaned it was splattered with faeces.Thought the room was a bit overpriced for what was there.

Location is good

Definitely not a resort by any stretch of imagination. Booked a Bay view room but all the view was blocked by trees. Balcony was on the sie of the room and not at the front. For the cost, its not at all a value for money. At night could not find parking as there only 20 spaces. Had to park outside. Should have paid only 50% of what I ended up paying.

A lovely thought the free bottle of wine, much appreciated.

It has a good location near the shops and waterfront. It was neat and clean.

It is not a resort but a 3 star motel.I could see some water through the trees but my view was mainly of the roof of the pub next door. You can expect to hear the music coming from the pub on Saturday night if you have "water views". Don't expect a sleep-in because the cleaning and maintenance staff start around 7.00am.

The staff was very friendly and helpfully the pool was clean and water temperature was great . BBQ area clean and useable

The road noise from our balcony couldn't sit on it too noisy

We liked the renovations to the rooms and the extremely helpful staff. The resort is situated central to everything in Nelson Bay.

There was nothing we didn't like about the resort but were very disappointed with our meal at Zest restaurant. We had a lovely breakfast at your resort and always intend to stay with you when we are in the Port Stephens area.

The sauna and gym wasn't in an obvious place to utilise. I had no idea where it was and didn't get a chance to ask reception.

It was a great position. Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend it to friends.

Great location. Anne at front desk was lovely.

We walked into our room to find a dead cockroach on the bedside table. The room smelt like off food and then we realised the microwave had been used and not cleaned - there was old food in there that had gone off and the smell went through the entire room. Anne at the front desk came and cleaned it for us and said the matter would be settled the following day. The next day there was new staff on the front desk and we did not get any money off our room. VERY UPSET. It ruined our weekend and my poor partner felt sick all night due to the smell and had a poor sleep!

The staff couldn't have been more helpful n friendly, they were amazing! The breakfast we was the most delicious food I have ever eaten, absolutely perfect!

The view of the pub left a little to be desired but we had a slight water view n the closeness to town was great!
