Advetrised as 4 star was lucky to be 3 star. No meals available advertised breakfast none available.Ment to pay 107$ for 2 night was charged 118$ authorised amount of 107 via internet. They called me on my way back to Townsville to say payment was rejected card error (67) stolen card. I returned to the motel gave them the same card as payment and realise after they left they had charge me 118$.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room smelled really bad and didn't feel very clean. Smoker guests smoked just outside their room doors and the smoke went to other guests' rooms. Staff wasn't very concerned about that...

Convenience to where our children were playing sport.

We requested a family room and got interconnected rooms, which wasnt a problem really but ot what we booked. Also one of the rooms had a very , not so nice smell about it. Also it was advertised as a 4 star, we feel it was more 3-3.5

Big bathroom and the room itself, nice pool area, free parking in front of the room

No free internet, the room cried for refreshing, the room-keeping-staff left our room open - but nothing has been stolen, we lucky ones ;-)

Very friendly staff, close to the municpal bus line.

A bit far out of town to walk. You must use a taxi or public transport.

Only 10mins drive to Cairns CBD. Very good price. Staff are very considered. Nice motel.

The staff were very helpful and polite. It's a $20 taxi ride from the city centre but there are regular buses on the hour straight passed the hotel.

There is no wifi, although there is in the McDonalds just up the road.

Our daughter loved the pool. Parking was good. Room was comfortable and booking was easy.

Staff was friendly. The lady at the desk gave us to choose between 3 rooms which I had never experienced at any other hotel/hostel.

The location is a little far away from the centre within walking distance. However, we had a rental car which helped us get there in 5 minutes driving time. During the day, you may have to pay for parking if you travel to the centre as there are parking meters all over the place, but parking is free after around 5 pm, so you can plan yourself accordingly. If you are going to the great barrier reef, there is some parking spaces near the wharf where you pay about 6 dollars and can leave your car until you return late in the afternoon.

The room... Were not comfortable in a ( studio room ) there was one light near the bed broken the fan knob was broken the vent in the bathroom did not work could only get one channel on the T.v, too noisy ( people in the pool late ) so were not happy over all..

Location easy to find on the main road into Cairns

In need of TLC, pool slide not operational plus general maintenance on building and balcony required. Since our last visit place is run down.

No-fuss making arrangements. Clean and very comfortable.

A bit out of Cairns and few eating places nearby apart from fast food junk.

We liked the location, low cost, comfortable room, pool etc.

Price, Bed was comfy, two door access, excellent service from receptionist, free wifi, delicious food from thai restaraunt down the road.

Desk staff were very professional and friendly. It is in easy reach of all shops and transport.

Thought that the bedspreads could have been newer making the room fresher.

Quiet location despite being near a highway, great swimming pool with a children's section, price very reasonable, room well airconditioned, small kitchenette meant we could self-cater for breakfast & lunch

Paint peeling off ceiling, difficult to find the premises, no wheelchair accessible options, slippery slide into pool was ricketty and looked unsafe.
