The close proximity to the city, swan river and shopping. The reception area could do with a face lift. |

Location was the reason for choosing this hotel. The room was adequate but the bathroom needs an update. On my first visit to view the room the man on reception was distracted and I felt didn't give me (the potential customer) the appropriate attention |

Loved the view from 6th n 7th floors overlooking river. Corridor smelt of cigarette smoke at times. Carpark should be free for guests. Carpark lift is pathetic. Too small to manouvre bags and self into it. Hotel needs a ramp and automatic opening doors into hotel. Very hard to get into hotel with more than 2 bags and no help! Need new double beds on 6th floor. Both rooms i had i could see dip in bed and feel springs. Desk staff need to smile more! |

The location was excellent - close to city and river. I was most impressed that we were given access to room when we were dropping off luggage before 10am. The bathroom was a bit "tired" looking (tiles & taps need upgrading) but still functional. For the price it was very good value! |

The location is very good, both close to the city and the swan bells. Good sized bed and in general the room was pleasant. Some of the staff seemed disinterested. |

the staff were very friendly and the location was very convenient for the shops and river. The view was pleasant. Noisy like droning washing mashines and also could here the traffic. TV channels very limited and there was a thick layer of dust on one of the cabinets. |

Issues that arose were resolved fairly quickly by the nightshift manager. On arrival there was a faulty bath tap that ran continuously, feaces on the toilet, the curtains were jammed and would not draw and there appeared to be dirty marks on the curtains of a nature that i would not like to speculate what they were. The kitchen at morning breakfast resembled something out of Fawlty Towers with a 45 minute wait for bacon and eggs and coffee restricted to request only. |

Close to the city, His Majestys Theatre and the Convention Centre which is where we wanted to go. The lift did not work for the car parking which was 2 floors up. Okay for us, but could see elderly travellers may struggle the stairs. Also in the room there was no bedside table on one side (for a cup/book etc.)There also appeared to be interference with the television set (jumping). |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Larissa, the housekeeping girl was good and efficient. I didnt like the no-smoking rule. There should be smoking and non- smoking floors. Presently, the guests who smoke are treated like outcast at the back of the hotel. The entrance to the hotel for guests who park their cars at the parking lots are not presentable at all!! We were made to go through a backlane. |

The close proximity to the city and other attractionds made this hotel appealing especially the availability for car parking The room which was supposed to be non-smoking had a strong smell smoke. The bathroom light did not work and looked like it hadn't worked for a while and finally the toilet won't stop flushing. The reception was notified wo adviced me that nothing could be done and more over, there was no alternative rooms available to exchange. |
