The room was large and had a nice view on the south side. The room had been semi refurbished; repainted and new carpets but still had the old (worn) furniture. The new flat screen T.V. dropped its channels sometimes. The bathroom was functional but very old and reasonably clean. |

Close to esplanade train station and city. Walking distance. Good View of the swan river. O.k for an over night stay when you dont plan to spend much time in the hotel. Not very well cleaned. Bedding and furniture seemed out dated. For being the "new" esplanade hotel things werent that new. Only Double beds. Parking was expensive. |

It is in a good location It needs up dated very old fashioned. I think if it was up dated and a brighter looking signage as it is not noticeable when you look from the front of the building. |

I was on the 8th floor & had a beautiful view of the river & Kings park The bed was very uncomfortable. They definitely need new matresses.Other than that it was quite enjoyable |

The view from our bedroom window was amazing and the situation of the hotel suited us very well. The bathroom was very tired and not suitable for the elderly as there was no seperate shower. |

The location is good, near the jetty, convention hall and shopping mall. Everythings in the hotel seems very old such as the renovation, furniture, lift, kettle etc |

The hotel was well located, with handy carparking next door. The Hotel was clean and tidy, however it definetly requires refurbishment. The Hotel's dinning room/restaurant was not open, other than for breakfast |

The bed was very comfortable. There was a problem with the fact that we didnt have anywhere close to have a night time meal. |

There was a real shortage of rooms, so we were appreciative of a comfortable bed. There were renervations going on to make improvements. There were some simple errors, including, forgot the towelsone nightand no kettle on the first night. |

Walking out the door next morning to the view of the park and river. Same it isn't available from all the rooms. Hotel room is very "tired", musty stale smell. Shower head very low and I'm 4'11"?? |

close to a function we had to attend in the city the shower needs to be made easier to handle, rather than it being set from the bath taps, very awkward. |
