The New Esplanade Hotel

立地条件は良い。しかし設備が古く、使い勝手が悪い。ミニバーの清算が申告制になっていたが、部屋にペンは- 用意されていなかった。

アメニティを充実して欲しい。

The site has huge potential because of its cental city close location

That the desk was open for early morning arrivals

Location and parking convenience the hotel has a pleasant ambience once inside.

When accessing the carpark lift it is necessary to walk through a very untidy area which gives a degrading image of the hotel making one apprhensive as to what are you coming to.

Nothing other than location

Rooms sparse unfriendly no character too many rules, staff dismissive discourteous unhelpful and uncommunicative overcharged me and I ahd to chase them up and then they admitted they had made a mistake and I had to wait to be recompensed!!!!

The view was fantastic, looking straight over the river, and the bell tower and ferris wheel look beautiful at night!

The room was awful, the bed was uncomfortable. The ceiling vent when we entered the room was hanging down, the shower did not work. The paint was all chipped. When they finally moved us to a different room the ceiling was falling down in places, the curtains were off the rails and the window was held in place with masking tape!! In both bathrooms the walls were covered in mould and the silicone around the edges of the baths looked like they had been done by a five year old! Not to mention all the stains and dirt marks on the walls and curtains. We left a 'do not disturb' sign on the door as we didn't want anyone entering our room and one afternoon we found that this sign was ignored and the room had been tidied and personal property moved

It is a shame it does not have a loarger communal area to relax in after the cafe closes at midday

Location was the reason for choosing this hotel. The room was adequate but the bathroom needs an update.

On my first visit to view the room the man on reception was distracted and I felt didn't give me (the potential customer) the appropriate attention

Loved the view from 6th n 7th floors overlooking river.

Corridor smelt of cigarette smoke at times. Carpark should be free for guests. Carpark lift is pathetic. Too small to manouvre bags and self into it. Hotel needs a ramp and automatic opening doors into hotel. Very hard to get into hotel with more than 2 bags and no help! Need new double beds on 6th floor. Both rooms i had i could see dip in bed and feel springs. Desk staff need to smile more!

It was so close to the city, pretty much in the city.. A very conveniente location

The bathroom.. Very out dated

The location is very good, both close to the city and the swan bells. Good sized bed and in general the room was pleasant.

Some of the staff seemed disinterested.
