Noosa Tropicana  

Peaceful relaxing holiday

The facilities were very good. The apartment was very clean, very modern and everything was working perfectly. We got an apartment with private terrace and bbq that was gorgeous. We enjoy it a lot during lunch and dinner. The on-site manager Jamie was extremely kind and helpful, even if we checked in late after the offices were closed. He left a map of Noosa highlighting where we could go for dinner or to the supermarket. He also then knocked our door late to ensure if everything was working properly. The common areas, the swimming pool, chairs, lounges and the bbq were very clean and in perfect conditions. The tropical garden is beatiful and gives great views to the apartments.

It doesn't have elevator and we got an apartment at the second floor. It was hard to go upstairs with several pieces of luggage, but not a big deal. The place is very quiet and relaxing what we found very nice; however for families with young kids it is sometimes difficult and stressful to keep them quiet all the time.

it really needs an air con in the main bedroom , the fan was not enough to cool the room down at night . we only were given two towels for the three days that we were there and only one packet of laundry liquid to wash them with so we would think that they could give you two towels a day and then wash the whole lot at the end of the stay as i do not like to use the same towel twice as you could be wipeing your face with your bum.

Good sized apartment with good facilities especially bbq area.

Water pressure in the shower resembled a leaking tap Rangehood and cupboards around it stunk of old oily cooking smell, rangehood was greasy

Amazing staff and fantastic help and resources, beautiful place and so close to everything we needed

The plumbing backed up from the toilet and shower and flooded into our main bedroom and all over our clothes. The hotel manager was very helpful in helping us move to a new apartment and moving our things but am very dissapointed we did not recieve anything for the inconvinience such as an extra night stay since we spent most of the night and next day washing and soaking and drying our clothes that had sewer water all over it.

Loved our stay at the spacious Tropicana. It was very relaxing, quiet and had everything we needed.

After 5 days of walking 3 1/2 kms backwards and forwards to the beach to swim with our friends twice a day, we needed to move closer to them. That is the only reason we moved down the road to a cheaper place for the remaining two nights...to give our calf muscles a rest.

I love Tropicana, the holiday feeling of this place, the location near the river. We always come back there when in Noosa. The management is lovely, the apartments comfortable, spacious and very clean. The garden and swimming pool are great. There are books and magazines to read, movies to rent. Everything you need for an excellent holiday.

the appartment was very spacious had a great pool for our young children

the big cum stain on the throw rug/spread in the master bedroom.could have done without that .
