Location, comfort and closelness to city. Staff member we dealt with was lovely and very helpful. Also appreciated the free paper each morning and spa. Our only complaint was the squeakiness of the bunk bed in the lounge area. Thankfully there was also a pull out bed which suited my son as he is quite a mover in his sleep |

Very welcoming, went out her way to organise safe parking for our motor bikes. The most comfortable king sized beds. We wished we had sayed longer. Very central to every thing. Great value. The hotel is on a very steep incline if secure parking hadn't been organised near reception. There would have been a few safety concerns with parking & turning the bikes on such a steep incline. |

The apartment was really good. Close to the city centre and the mall. Plenty of car park. The staff were really good and accomodating! |

Close to the city and park. Room was great with room for the family. Could not find a power point in room. Could not find a mirror near a power point. |

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, thank you for that. Although from the outside the motel looked a bit dated, the room itself was meticulously clean and sparkling, the newly renovated bathroom was beautiful, the linen was divine, and the bed was huge and comfortable. the unit was nice and spacious and well set out. I really wanted you to know how pleased we were. hmmm...if anything, the parking spaces and steep driveway! but without that, there would be no view. |

Central location, self contained nature of units. Service was good. Staff very friendly. Beds were comfy (although top bunk very squeaky!!) - nice to have the electric blanket on double bed!! Linen /towels good. Bathroom and kitchen really functional. Warm and generally good for kids. The room smelt slightly musty on entering. Kitchen cupboards also smelt funny (not unclean, just musty). We visited other units in the hotel and these were really nice - so may just have been our room. |

The bath, everything was clean, undercover parking. The unit although not new was very warm and comfortable. Plenty of tea bags and sugar, would be great for a weekend in town. |

The rooms were nicely renovated, quite decieving from the outside as you expected something different. The staff were friendly and the location is very convenient for the city. |
