I appreciated how polite the staff were, in particular, Megan, was extremely helpful and conciderate. We will definitely use north lodge apartments next time we're in launceston There was a long feather on the lounge, bit weird

Excellent accommodation. We had a very comfortable stay, apartments are recently renovated. Quiet. Trish from reception was very helpful and accommodating. We went for a run in the morning and asked whether we could check out later than 10am and it was not a problem. Thank you.

Convenient location at a budget price. Bathroom was very nice and the bed was quite comfortable. Free parking was a bonus. Carpet needed a little cleaning and there was a very slight smell but nothing too unappealing.

Great spa. Shower water pressure great but small. Roomy apartment. Need move couches vac under as had previous persons 18th celebration confetti all over the floor. having a charge of $20 if u didnt wash your dishes bit steep.

The location is good, reception maneger Renee is a very very nice woman~ make us feel very warm ^^ ~ room is big and comfortable~ I'll come back again~ ^^ only the kitchen is a little bit oily~

I stayed here. And the service at reception was just fantasrtic. Also had some noisy patrons for the night and I got an aoplogy for this as well. It was excellent. Close to town. If you want something budget priced within walking distance to the city then this is the place for you.i will use this accomodation again for sure.

Close to the city easy walking distance to shopping etc, kitchen amenities a plus. Hair still the the bath, could have been cleaned better, no electric blanket on bed, should be a norm for being Launceston in Winter.

The apartments are reasonably priced handy to things mainly Auroa Park. very Clean. Some apartments need renovating the one we were in the carpets stained a few other things could be upgraded but for the price it was okay. Wouldn't want to pay any more though.Will be back again in July.

The place was undergoing an upgrade and the room I was first allocated was not complete so I was very quickly and efficiently moved to a great aprtment with all I could wish The rooms are not all easily accessed by a person with mobility issues but that was dealt with in a very compassionate method

My girlfriend and checked in late and were so happy that the manager had stayed up to meet us and she had turned the hearing on too. The room was clean and comfortable and the view was great, we loved the bath which was seperate to the shower. Highly reccomend to our friends.

there was nothing to like about this hotel, the only thing i could really say was the location was ok. the rooms were not up to scratch, the beds were like sleeping on a rock along with the rock pillows you were given, the towels were old and thin, over all i will not stay there again or recommend.

Traffic noise - very loud. The apartment booked was not what I paid for "Room 1, Two-Bedroom Apartment with 2 King Beds". It was 1 King bed and a bunk room!

スタジオルームを予約したが、受け付けで1ベッドルームにアップグレードしてくれました。とてもフレンドリ- ーなスタッフでした。元アパートを利用した作りになっており、ホテルよりは現地に住んでいるかのような感覚- を持ちました。
