Location and kitchen facilities were fantastic. Views from the front balcony were nice, room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

I appreciated how polite the staff were, in particular, Megan, was extremely helpful and conciderate. We will definitely use north lodge apartments next time we're in launceston

There was a long feather on the lounge, bit weird

Convenient location at a budget price. Bathroom was very nice and the bed was quite comfortable. Free parking was a bonus.

Carpet needed a little cleaning and there was a very slight smell but nothing too unappealing.

The location is good, reception maneger Renee is a very very nice woman~ make us feel very warm ^^ ~ room is big and comfortable~ I'll come back again~ ^^

only the kitchen is a little bit oily~

I stayed here. And the service at reception was just fantasrtic. Also had some noisy patrons for the night and I got an aoplogy for this as well. It was excellent. Close to town. If you want something budget priced within walking distance to the city then this is the place for you.i will use this accomodation again for sure.

Close to the city easy walking distance to shopping etc, kitchen amenities a plus.

Hair still the the bath, could have been cleaned better, no electric blanket on bed, should be a norm for being Launceston in Winter.

My girlfriend and checked in late and were so happy that the manager had stayed up to meet us and she had turned the hearing on too. The room was clean and comfortable and the view was great, we loved the bath which was seperate to the shower. Highly reccomend to our friends.

Lage des Zimmers beschwerlich. Sehr steil bergauf.

The place was undergoing an upgrade and the room I was first allocated was not complete so I was very quickly and efficiently moved to a great aprtment with all I could wish

The rooms are not all easily accessed by a person with mobility issues but that was dealt with in a very compassionate method

Comfortable room, nice situation opposite lovely park, quiet, pleasant walk to shops, good value for money, pleasant staff.

Cleaning seems rushed e.g. - in my room the rubbish bin had not been emptied (no big deal, as there wasn't much in it) and the one and only mug contained dregs of last occupant's drink.

Great spa. Shower water pressure great but small. Roomy apartment.

Need move couches vac under as had previous persons 18th celebration confetti all over the floor. having a charge of $20 if u didnt wash your dishes bit steep.
