The hotel is close to where I work and public transport My room key did not work, no shampoo (maybe it is not supplied), no drinking glasses except for wine glass, no margarine/butter with breakfast (I'm almost certain I asked for it) |

We had a great city break in Sydney and the hotel was perfect for us. The location couldn't be better, far enough away from the city to feel relaxed yet getting into the city was very easy with the North Sydney train station being so close. The harbour view from our room was fantastic and the hotel was very well equipped and clean and modern. Would definitely stay there again! |

Its closeness to everything Its carelessness in billing, they charge me for breakfast that I did not have and chocolate drink that was suppose to be free. |

Une très belle vue et des chambres modernes et confortables Arrivés à l'aéroport, pas de navette hotel, donc obligation de prendre la navette de l'aéroport qui ne va pas jusqu'à l'hotel, car il est situé après un pont payant. Donc laissés devant une gare et nous avons du prendre le train avec nos baggages et aller à l'hotel par nous meme. |
