Staff was very helpful in any enquires and booking tours

My only complaint was the size of the meals [dinner] they dont really cater for children or seniors with a small appetite and I would rather have an entree size than throw half of my meal away

Close to town, reasonably priced (for Broome)

Had to make 4 calls to get (forgotten) clothes found and posted. Staff said that someone would call but it didn't happen. Wasn't untill my frustration threatened to contact senior mngmt that problem was resolved When light/AC power card pulled out there's no light in bathroom. When card is pushed in, there's no switch for main ceiling light. Bizzare. Gap at bottom of door let mozzies in. $150 "securitydeposit" on check in is an insult. $12.50 for 2hr inet connect (all to be taken in one block) is a ripoff.

Clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs. Great room layouts for sharing with others or with a small family.

Nice bar and restaurant to return to after a day working in heat and humidity of Broome (subject to complaint below). Restaurant staff very capable, quick and efficient service despite seeming to be under-staffed. Good food (steak). Wine list a little expensive. When asking for a cheaper bottle, told they were sold out (an old trick) Buffet breakfast a little sparse, although I appreciate not the tourist season

I would have liked a mini bar to have a cool drink in room. Bar does not open until 5.30pm. If no mini bar, the main bar should open about 4.30pm (maybe in tourist season it is) I had to walk across road in heat to Liquorland to get a cool drink. This encourages guests to leave hotel and seek refreshment somewhere else in town (as I did). .

We found the staff very friendly and we would stay there again

In Ireland where we come from most good hotels provide free internet access and we were surprised to be asked for 10 Aus dollars for half and hour use of their wifi, this was an outrageous price as I can get both broadband and wifi at home for E35.00 per month, other than that we enjoyed our stay

Good sized pool - very clean

Surly receptionists. Didn't like the layout and long walk to room. Building works exposed at reception didn't give good first impression. Expensive.

The staff were fanastic. Very helpful and assisted us with staying another night. Took great interest in my daughters wedding and made us feel very special.

Have stayed there previously, it is convenient and well presented

Rooms are hard to find - the lifts only serviced sections and with a heavy bag it was quite frustrating finding the correct one

The relaxed feeling and the comfort. Also the convenience of the position.

Good value

The room was adequate and relatively new which was nice. The pool area was lovely.

The room was only serviced once during our three night stay and on that service the bed was not made, the cups not washed, the toilet paper not replenished. Tea bags and milk not replenished- I went and bought tea bags. Only the towels were renewed. On checkout the reception area was very busy (as it was 10am) and there was only one person staffing the desk. He was polite and efficient but struggling. On check in the girl behind the desk was pleasant enough but kept us waiting while she attended to paper work- I think attending to a guest should be the priority.
