Lack of cleaning done toilet / bathroom was dirty the first day we got there and the same hairs/stains were there when we left. The last day due to our departure the next morning no cleaning was done only clean towels no beds made grrrrrrrr

Great value, handy to the city, beautiful units

We loved the space, proximity to shopping, Southbank, Casino, 24 hour pancakes (round the corner).

No bathtub :(, no guidance on where to park the car during check-in but that's probably my fault for not reading about parking and checking in before I turned up.

Close to everything in the CBD,great view of the Brisbane river and clean and comfortable. Will stay again,we loved it.

Room was fantastic.

Overall price. The gym doesn't have free weights. Parking wasn't refunded even though it wasn't used.

The staff were friendly and helpful especially the 2 guys. Room was clean and there was cable. Felt secure. I used to stay at the Oaks properties in Adelaide too.

No wifi in the room nor lobby. The room tv should also have access to cable, where possible.

The close location to places where we wanted to go.

No parking or pick up area outside the hotel.

Upon arrival the reception man was not very friendly, a smile goes a long way!!!!

The people on the desk were welcoming and helpful. Very good that the desk is manned 24/7. Both booking.com and Casino Towers were very accomodating when we needed to change our bookings.

A mix up at the time of booking resulted in an attempted double charge of all three 2 bedroom apartments I booked. Luckily Westpac Card Services as well as the hotel and booking.com worked quickly to sort out.

Large modern apartments, fantastic location, very clean and great service.

How close it was to the shopping

Parking fees.. we stayed on a weekend and they charged $25 a day! There was parking across the road that charged $10 a day! We did not use our car at all during out stay

Good facilities and great location

We were told to book a car space before arriving so thought it would have been reserved however we had to drive around over 6 levels to locate a vacant space.Should have been allocated at time of booking.

Friendly staff. Room. Access to the city where our meeting was.

Rooms need new carpet badly

The space in the one bedroom apartments, the view, the balcony was great. Could easily stay there for a week and would be happy.

Could of had more Tea, Coffee & milk.

Fantastic location. Queen st mall, eagle st pier, southbank, the botanic gardens and the casino were all within walking distance. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful and allowed us to check-in 2 hours early and check-out 1 hr late.

The rooms had no windows and the aircon seemed to have malfunctioned. We had to sleep with the room and balcony doors open. Our appt was opposite an extremely popular pub downstairs and it was quite noisy at night.

Location and the staff were excellent.

Rooms were dark and tired. Needs a face lift.
