Oaks Charlotte Towers  

Loved how easy it was to find I'm not overally confident driving in the city, but found the hotel with absolutely no stress. Position is fantastic very close to Queen St mall. Staff on reception were very friendly and extremely efficient.

We especially enjoyed the design of the 31st floor unit. Wonderful view, practically furnished, and spacious. The shower was great! The front desk staff were both friendly and accommodating. We have decided to make Oaks Charlotte Towers our Brisbane stopover in future.

A little hard to find when we arrived in town - drove past the carpark entrance and had to go around the block - could be more visible

Loved the location so close to EVERYTHING- food, bar's, shopping - totally brilliant!! The view from the 41st floor was spectacular even though l have a fear of heights!

The apartment wasn't the best floor plan. Bathroom at opposite end from the bedroom. The lounge was tight, tv not even in front of the couch. Also we couldn't get a car park.

The facilities you have are great. Family friendly, great out door pool area. The family loved it.

We stayed with friends it was a little inconvenient with the 2 different lifts not being able to access each others floors.

I like the location.

I dislike there is parking fees at A$25 per day and yet the parking space is so limited.

Nice city view from the balcony, ideal for a nice glass of wine in the evening. The staff at first missed our request for two single beds, and put us in a room with a double, however upon asking they were very helpful and resolved the situation quickly.

The occasional long wait at the elevator.

We loved the view from our room and the fact that the 2 bedrooms were completely separate. Excellent room service, location was just perfect, close to shops and transport. Plenty of room in the apt, didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Great having the 2 bathrooms too! Would definitely stay here again.

Obviously being on the top floor, it was a bit noisy at night because of the air conditioning units (I think) that were above us. But nothing a set of earplugs couldn't fix. We got used to it anyway, you have to expect the city to have more noise than the suburbs so it wasn't really an issue.

Smell in apartment of drainage when aircon is not on (room 3909) stale water?run water into all drains regular to avoid, room service or take out deliveries would complete the stay

The views are stunning. The apartment is very spacious and the television set is enormous. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. Great city-location.

Staff were very friendly. The room was clean, modern & well appointed & the king bed was so comfortable! The location is also fantastic. Great value for money! Will definitely return.

The room was not cleaned every day, only once a week which is inadequate given the price charged.

Location was great. Atlanta was excellent with great customer skills. Apartment was good. I have photos of one lace curtain hanging, where the other was is still a mystery and the drapes had no lining. Even the lounge had no lining. I was not happy. Furthermore, we had to move three floors lowr so lost our awesome view which is why we choose Oaks Charlotte and not the other Oaks.Atlantas was great, she did try to move us up to a higher floor but there was no availability.

Arriving to a room that should not have been rented. In the room we were moved to there were dishes in the dishwasher that hadn't been emptied and the inconsistency that occured daily in our room make up. Only 3 coffees or 3 sugars left and on the last day our bed was not made, the bedding was just thrown up. Very disappointing as we originally booked for two nights and extended it to four. Disappointing as when we travel we preper to I use oaks. I have photos to confirm these comments.Furthermore, we were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Not a good start l can tell you!!!

We liked the view, being so close to the city, so central to everything, the self service facilities, it was a great place for our 4 day stay.

Our first im pression was the friendly helpful staff, arriving 9pm late friday night. Very refreshing. Then it was the comfortable spacious room with great views of the city lights. We could leave the car in secure car park and walk to the shops. Ideal. Will definitely be back again .As I have worked in administration in motels in the past year , I am very fussy and know what im after in service . You guys nailed it , Your manager should be proud.
