The location couldn´t be better, the view was great and the apartment very confortable.
The kitchen equipment could be improved, big mugs for coffee, cereal bowls, a decent plunger. There were a lot of small saucepans but no frying pan. We missed having a safe.
Location - great city launching pad. Close to water transport & botanic gardens
balcony rail seemed low (33rd flr)
Location was superb for seeing Brisbane. Facilities perfect especially having the wash machine and dryer after a month on the road.
The view of the Brisbane Bridge - fantastics. Location - markets at my doorstep, access to restaurants 2 mins walk. Fabulous. Bathroom facilities Kitchen, bedroom layout The morning & evening staff (gentlemen), very professional.
Having to pay for parking. Being sent to park around the block with unclear instructions. Fluking my way into the carpark which has NO signage relating to Felix visible. I wasn't sure I was in the correct place. Vague receptionist on book-in (she may have been new so ignore this if so). Unclean elevators.
Provided with only 2 bath towels for a family of 5 in a 2 bedroom apartment.
Size of apartment, so much better than just a hotel room. Very comfortable bed. good bathroom setup. Pool looked very nice Taxi rank just at the front. Lovely views.
Holding $150 on my card that took more than a week to credit back. A broken support in the shower that meant the handheld shower head was not at all adjustable.
Reception staff were quiet rude the manager did not list just kept saying " no problems" ... Rooms were tiny and bathroom was mouldy , pillows smelled of smoke and the couch was so small and uncomfortable ... Thankfully we were not staying here for more than a night
the proximity to eagle st pier
Clean, great location
Air conditioning in our room stopped working so we awoke during the night to an overheated apartment. No fiddling with the air con remote could fix it. They also charged us for parking we did not use, which took me 3 separate phone calls to correct. Deposit of $150 at check in was not refunded for over a week.
It is the most expensive place I have stayed in central Brisbane. The shower had mould in the grouting - I expect better than this. When I put the iron on the electricity went off. I went to the front desk and they told me to put the switch back - when I explained I had no idea what they were talking about they explained where the box was (after much discussion between the two of them) - I told them I was not an electrician and they said to flick the switches - I explained it was dark (NO LIGHTS!) and I asked which one it was and which way should it be - they said not sure just like the others. So I trudged back upstairs and fumbled around in the dark - eventually got it to work. Their parting words on the front desk were next time I could phone down - i replied that a) it was dark and I did no know where the phone was in the room (no need to use it) and b) I did not memorise the number for reception in every hotel room - remember it is dark with no lights!!! I would have expected them to at least give me a torch but considering this apartment cost almost $200 per night would it have been too much trouble to escort me back to the room and fix the problem themselves????? The room was also noisy - you could hear music from a hotel (pub) several streets away well into the early hours of the morning- need better glazing to reduce the noise from outside. I would advise anyone to avoid staying here - there are much better places to stay with better facilities and cheaper price
Worst customer service, pathetic place, would never recommend nor consider staying there ever!
Fully equipped spacious apartment. Quiet. Great location. Can't fault it.
Room very comfortable & easy walk to so many of Brisbane's attractions and transport
Awesome location to Eagle Street Pier and restaurants. Easy 5 minute walk to Queen Street too.
Close to where we needed to be, excellent view, facilities good
Carpark fee of $25 needed to be spelled out clearly & early in the booking process. If I hadn't looked at the small print I would not have been aware of this & it could have been a problem if I hadn't booked it in advance. Transparency is a rare & valued gift that business' can provide to their customers.
The view was stunning. It was spacious and had all we needed.
The balcony was large, the city location is excellent
I did not want to take my shoes off after we entered the room, both bathrooms had a strong mold smell, the dishwasher did not work in the serviced apartment, our "river view" was more of a 80+% view of a giant office building and <20% river view. The general look of the room was dilapidated.
The magnificent view we had in 334. Thank you. Lovely balcony unit. Great, helpful staff.
I loved the room. Very spacious and great views.
There is no place to park while you check in. The foyer is very plain and sterile.
Good position and good view over the city and river
Wifi only available for a fee
Closeness to restaurants and botanic gardens. Decent size living area and televisions.
Ceiling fans were extremely dusty. Beds are small doubles only. Stream of water from shower head was very hard.
Loved the location. Very central to eagle street pier and restaurants and nightlife. Stayed on level 21 and had an amazing view of the river. The beds were the best I've slept on in a hotel and the water pressure to the shower was brilliant. A very clean and tidy Appartment and I will definitely be staying there again.
There was nothing i didn't like about the hotel. From the staff to the cleanness of the Appartment I can not fault a thing.
The beds were quite comfortable. The view was lovely. Good location. Comfortable furniture and layout.
Kitchen and the pots, cutlery etc were dirty. Sticky and rancid smell. Things at first glance appear clean, but are not. Appliances all dirty, even the hairdryer would stick to your hand.
Very clean, very comfortable, perfect location
The spaciousness and the closeness to where we needed to be. We would recommend an apartment to anyone staying in Brisbane.
