A roomy apartment with a view and a lovely comfortable bed. Close to restaurants and buses.

The long waits for the lifts as one of the lifts was not working.

The room was absolutely brilliant, amazing view.

Lack of direction to your room when you got out of the lift. Just a little confusing when the doors look the same, but you got used to it.

it was hard to find- the entrance does not stand out for drivers- we had to circle the block 3 times to try and find the parking

I did like the facilities and the pool and bar b que facilities, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.

The waiting time for the elevator. The way to use the phone for local calls is not explainled properly, also the use/cost of the internet is not explained very well, it was only after I spoke to a third person that actually explained it so I could understand it and I still think that the cost of this facility is a bit of a rip off.

I stayed theer around 2 months ago now my recent visit was horrible the hallways stunk of rubbish samr as 2 months ago..i think I was in room 402 the walls were marked scruffy looking unit light shade missing out of bed room I see theres no matience ..thats ashame.it could b a nice place ..

I thought the price to park my car in there car park was quite reasonable compared to other accomodation in the city. Staff where excellent.

The location is really good, you can't get much closer to the centre of the city. The rooms are quite roomy also, although they should be for the cost.

From the moment I got off the lift on my floor, to the moment I left my floor again, all we could smell was the absolutely disgusting smell of rubbish. The smell permeated into the room, which I then went to the lobby to inform them of this problem. The staff member stated that they would fix the situation, but 6, 9, 12 hours and numerous more complaints later and we were still sleeping in amongst a rubbish tip. The nightwatch staff member (Tim) on for the night was also very disrespectful and treated the whole situation with very little regard. He was blatantly rude about the whole problem and it wasn't until 3am that he offered to move us to another floor. I told him moving at 3am was not very reasonable and isn't there anything else he could do about the smell. He told me move floors or put up with it. We ended up putting up with it as we did not want to pack up our room to move for a couple of more hours. The next morning I complained to the person in charge (selina), who was very lovely but not much was done beside being informed to complain in writing. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Close to city and shopping. Only a short drive to the sporting activity we were in Brisbane for during the Easter break.

The smell coming from the garbage shut on every level we went onto. We also had two friends and their families staying at the same time and this was also their concern. One of our friends had to move to another floor because the bedding in their unit was not cleaned from last guest.

Comfortable, good location The dvd player didn't work but staff immediately replaced the unit. The first room we were given was on the lower floors and dark (south facing)being claustrophobic we asked for a change, which was done. Thank You

Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Very central location.

Front desk staff can be a little officious, having to leave passport with them while using pool facility as our room was not ready was OTT, as I had booked and paid for the room online, you already had my creditcard details. This is normally not a big deal, but it was the manner in which this was requested.

Only a few car parks for guests. I got the last available space. I saw another car couldn't find one. I was worry if I take my car out where to park it when coming back?

Well placed to city centre. Availability of parking a bit expensive though competitive. Great view of river & city scape at night.

Staff friendly. Booking in was stressful as the guy who booked us in was a bit vague with his instructions (eg: what to do with the car while registering - we're unfamiliar with Brisbane and you can't just leave it outside).

Very good position, everywhere in the building is very clean, good service and staff friendly.

i didnt like the smell on the fourth floor where i was staying in room 402... the hallw stunk of dirty rubbish it was discusting

We paid for parking but there was no spots to be found ,we also found it impossible to find the car next morning but the levels aren't numbered.
