Oaks Festival Towers  

The accommodation was central, very comfortable and the staff helpful. the one negative was that o

ur room wasn't fully serviced when we checked in - not enough towels for us all. The towels arrived after we went out and had to share a towel to have a shower.

City location was very convenient for the purpose of my trip. Convenient for shopping and restaurants/night life.

Bed pillows were very hard. Would have liked the option to call for a change.

Clean, well located.

I did not like our stay at Oaks ,bad service by reception staff hallways stank and I mean stank of garbage sickning smell each time we went out of our room to the elevator , airconditioner not cool enough , bad room cleaning service, stood in the basement carpark for 5 minutes trying to get up stairs to check in had trouble leaving the car park , will not stay again for the price we paid we expected a lot better. it was close to every thing , well priced , we had a good room with views which was good

we didnt like the smell , of the rubbish in the basement , every time we came or went , the rubbish smell was very bad , some one has to do some thing about it ,

The simplicity and spaciousness of the rooms, the decor and furniture and of course the free cable TV are the main features of the apartment we stayed in. The covered verandah served as extra room for entertainment. The staff was very helpful - excellent place to stay - a home away from home.

poor condition of bathroom

I liked the size of the 2 bedroom apartment and the location. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

Good location. Large bright living space. Well appointed kitchen.

Lighting in the two bathrooms very poor. Asked for light bulbs to be replaced on first night there and nothing was done about them. Bathroom light fixtures need to be improved.

We were thrilled with the facilities. The apartment style room was very spacious,clean and nicely decorated. We loved having a view of the city from our balcony. We enjoyed swimming in the pools. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great!

Size of the suites, facilities available within the suites- laundry, kitchen, balcony bathrooms. Locality to city.

Lift access particularly during morning when cleaning staff with large trolleys are also using lifts.
