Great central location close to shops, restaurants etc

Some kitchen utensils and cutlery not cleaned properly, also some cups/glasses missing. On exiting lift on our floor there was a strange musty/stale smell in the corridor the whole time we were there but once we were in the apartment it was okay. The reception staff could be a bit more welcoming - a smile wouldn't go astray! The whole reception area could do with an uplift.

The rooms were basic but comfortable. The bathrooms, especially the showers were in need of a deep clean! This is a no-frills hotel. One of the staff were very rude to me.

The 24 hour reception The size and facilities of the rooms, although there was a differnce in size from room to room, one had a small balcony and quite small, while the other had a large balcony and quite spacious, and both were the same proce with two bedrooms.

The staff did not have a first aid kit at the front desk which I think they definately should have. The rooms also were not cleaned properly, the bathroom had mould in the shower and the corners of the floor also had mould in the bathroom. The bedding was a doona with a sheet below and a sheet above aka not even a doona cover.

The hotel at first sight appears to be very modern but it is also very serile in appearance. Needs a few more pot plants. While waiting for the room to be cleaned I asked to use the toliets, these were found though a tradesmans door past smelly rubbish bins , not the usually rest rooms for a hotel of this standing , really needs decent toliets in the foyer public area. The rooms were good but on the second day the cleaners came in put one cup in the dishwasher, a total waste of water , the the cup still had coffee stains on it when I took it our. I had eaten crisps while watching the tv the night before and these were still on the floor the soap etc not replaced. Clean towels were issued though. Sorry but for the money paid the service is not good which is a shame for a hotel set in this location. Ann

Car -parking explanation then actually finding a park with many parks having no signage. Confusing explanation then finding way in and out. For price paid should also include parking. Lounge in ropom was not clean maybe just a bit musty.

Good location. Large bright living space. Well appointed kitchen.

Lighting in the two bathrooms very poor. Asked for light bulbs to be replaced on first night there and nothing was done about them. Bathroom light fixtures need to be improved.

Our stay was comfortable, relaxed and staff were always helpful and friendly.

We were thrilled with the facilities. The apartment style room was very spacious,clean and nicely decorated. We loved having a view of the city from our balcony. We enjoyed swimming in the pools. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great!

Size of the suites, facilities available within the suites- laundry, kitchen, balcony bathrooms. Locality to city.

Lift access particularly during morning when cleaning staff with large trolleys are also using lifts.

I booked into a 1bedroom apartment with my brother & infant daughter and was pleasantly surprissed by the spacious lounge & shower room. Staff all helpful and its location is excellent. Furnishing and decor good, the only thing that frustrated me was the Fox tv channels. I couldn't watch a movie!
