our room was beautiful..even better than we expected. the view was spectacular and was well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. we were told to check in on the 1st floor which we discovered was a parking lot that did not allow the lift to go up or down once you had exited. there was no obvious way out but luckily my husband found some fire stairs to ground level...by this time i was having a full panic attack..then the parking space we were told was for us and which i had paid for was occupied so after coming up to the 41st floor my husband was told he needed to come back down to the parking bays and move our car to another spot. i was not impressed by this to say the least and my feelings have not changed. |

Very large rooms with seperate bedroom. Beautiful sights through the floor to ceiling windows. Quite impressive. There was a lot of noise in the hotel of young students who were partying and making fun of people in the elevators. |

Location Yes, we had to use the same dirty towels the next day as the cleaning lady did not clean the room, we admit we had the DD sign on the door which we removed at 10.00AM and the cleaning lady was in the unit next to ours but she did not clean our unit. At night after we came home I rang reception and spoke to a male person and he told me that the cleaning lady had gone and they could not do our room, the cleaning lady saw the DD sign, which we removed long before she left our floor, and that was very disappointing for us |

Proximity to Brisbane City Mall and shopping, access to transport services, friendly and efficient front of house staff. The standard of maintenance was inconsistant. Some lights didn't work and the garbage shute was out of service. The corridors have poor ventilation and smells from the garbage shute infiltrated these areas. The room servicing was a bit hit and miss. The entry door should have security peep hole. |

Our booking was not booked with the Oak Festival Towers upon arrival. They stated I didn't have a booking until I presented them with the booking confirmation and they then found be a room. I wouldn't reccommend this accommodation to anyone because the whole time the swipe system was down and inconvenienced us as I have a back injury and was made to us the stairs at times or we were asked to wait for long periods until someone was available to manually operate the lifts. They didn't even offer a discount for this inconvenience and for that I will not reccommend the hotel to anyone. |

The apt was large, spacious and provided all the mod cons and comforts you would need for a city break. Conveniently located in the heart of the city and shopping area. A great find - would stay again! internet access was very expensive. |

Great location. Easy access to city and sourrounding transport. Car parking was not explained properly. Hence we incurred a huge towing fee. |

For me the appartment was excellent. I could cook (which I didnt ) but around every corner there were lots of great take aways and for Breakfast I could go anywhere around for the best coffee & breakfast. Another good reason to stay here to stay here is the excellent quality of the bars & cafe's and the Botanic Garden on walking distance of the hotel! The internet rate. 2 hours 10 dollars or 24 hours for 25 dollar. Nothing in between. If you plug out after 3 hours, the internet costs go on... and on..... not very guestfriendly? |

Centrally located, home from home facilities.' Live in' apartments with good services and facilities (apart from the internet service! and the lift service!) Lift service was atrocious. I understand that it was a peak time Brisbane's 150th celebrations, but it was not acceptable! average waiting time was 20-25 mins!?! there is 2 sets of lifts in the complex, one goes all the way to the top the other to level 14, half the time i walked to leve 14 then caught a lift from there! What if you had luggage and an appointment to attend? Very poor. The internet service was completely inadequate too. 10mb i believe? Extortionate threshold prices when you reach or go over the limit. My internet charges cost more than my room fee!. I would have complained but i had waited for the lift for 22 mins and when i got down there there were 12 people in a queue checking out! The checkout time is too early as well |

The location is really good near to the Queen st. mall. My room was at high floor, the sight was so good at night. it was comfortable and there was kichen so I can make some foods. it was good. The staff at reception was a little bit in an unkind manner. |
