Right in the centre of town. Good clean comfortable apartment. Will stay here again.
Bed was a tad hard. TV in bedroom was too small.
Location is excellent.
Gym facilities are poorly equipped.
Huge room. Very well appointed. Great value for money.
Not the friendliest staff in the world. There are a lot of "rules" on the arrival handout.
The apartment was pleasant.
Internet services very expensive. Ineffective air conditioning...could not adjust temperature...had to turn off. Lack of customer support info in the apartment. Would not recommend.
Love the location and the space to spread out.
Proximity to all centre activities. Easy to "come back home" after shopping or a show or boat ride - then have a rest and off again!
Your location in the city is great and your staff were excellent.
Not much to note here.
The pool and spa facilities were great, apartment was nice and clean. But most of all the location is amazing! Right next to everything!
There was a really bad stench on the floor level. As soon as you exit the elevator you can smell it. The smell was like vomit that wasn't cleaned up properly. We also experienced 2 cans of alcohol dropped from higher levels into the pools whilst we were swimming. They hit the water very hard - very dangerous! we left the pool right after the second can fell and made a complaint to reception. Not the hotels fault but when I tried to follow up on the complaint, nothing was recorded in their system.
Location and cleanliness of appt.Swimming pool a bonus.
The location was great and rooms had plenty of space
Shower had no water pressure and the executive room wasn't worth the extra money over a standard room furniture tired pulled and marked not what I would have expected when paying extra no details on hotel in the room at all
Trundle bed was made up and it was extremely hard and springy and unable to be slept on by my guest. The springs poked in to you it was that bad. Need to use sofa bed not trundle bed. Other Oaks Hotels use the actual sofa bed.
nice room apartment. We would certainly stay there again. Spoons cafe on ground floor just outside front door is wonderful for breakfast.
smell of carpet in hallway
Location was spot on
Accessing the lifts particularly in the mornings
Noise from the road was a bit loud sometimes
The location was great for shopping.
The carpet in the apartment seemed dirty. The odour within the building other than the reception seemed unpleasant due to lack of ventilation, I guess.
Great location and really good facilities
The smell from the refuse room was right through the hallways near the lifts
The staff were very helpful
The towel rack in the room was broken and hangin off and when I walked past it it scratched the shot out of my back, the roller blinds were broken and didn't work properly, the bed was meant to be a king bed but instead it was to single beds pushed together so there was a big dip in the middle, just what you want when you go away with your girlfriend( insert sarcasim ) no tv in the bedroom. The hallways smelt so bad you had to hold your breathe from the elevator to the room. On the plus side your staff were extremely helpful and polite.
everything else was good
Location is great, we always stay here as it is close to shopping, theatre and restaurants.
Room is getting a bit tired, lounge had pulls in the fabric and this is the first time I have found the rooms here not to be the cleanest.
Central location to shopping & services
No signs for the undercover car park, very confusing if you are a new visitor, no free wi fi, in this day is backward.
Location was great.
Lounge was small. Dining table was only for 2 people in a 2 bedroom apartment.
Hotel is a in a great location and has nice facilities (outdoor pool & spa), gym, etc. Great for families or friends wishing to stay in the heart of the city.
It wasn't over new or fancy and the staff were overly friendly (they weren't unfriendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcome).
Loved the location, was close to everything and the view was very nice.
The wait for elevators, especially on level 4 (pool, gym, sauna). Felt like I waited a bit longer than usual
loved that we were right in the city close to queen st mall, the myer centre, and central station.
that we didn't have enough time to go to all the cool drinking places in the mall and only discovered nice places to eat on our last day.
