the location and what a great place to stay we will be back
Location, location, location
my friends snoring....lol
Friendly staff, very helpful
The location of the hotel and the connecting walkway to Darling Harbour was so easy, Our room and the opening balcony and view was great, ( you will need to be up high for the view.) Will happly stay again
Great location, really interesting conversion of old wood sheds, I felt really safe getting to and from the building even though I was a woman travelling on my own.
Interior was a little tired but still good. I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Good value.
I paid for wifi that couldn't connect to my device and after I called the company it still didn't connect. It was in and out when I walked around the room.
Large 2 story apartment plenty of room
Room was next to Darling Harbour expressway VERY HEAVEY TRAFFIC all Night . Very poor sound proofing (if any) It is a very large Hotel that was about half full of guests why locate guests in exceedingly noisy rooms when it is unnecessary. Parking is complicated and inconvenient in a separate building. Expected better from this hotel chain, very disappointed will not use them again.
Spacious. Would have suited a family more than the couple.
Construction spoiled the view of Darling Harbor
Rooms were a good size and cooling in rooms was good. Kitchen and laundry facilities were very good. Could not fault staff who were friendly and very helpful.
Taps/cistern in bathroom leaked and need new washers .
I liked the indoor swimming facilities a swim before bedtime was fantastic.
I don't like the idea of only 30 mins WIFI, in this day and age longer would not hurt as prices are very affordable now.
Everything. Rooms clean n neat. Heaps of room. Everything at your door step. Room service was great and the food yummy and a great price. We will be visting again.
Lifts little slow but we walked the stairs n got exucse.
Building is an old mill factory and has all the old structure but made modern and classy! Rooms clean, modern, all appliances top of the range. Very close to darling harbour only 5min walk. Quiet and secluded at night. Absolutely loved our stay.
Pool quite full most of the time during our stay, but it was Australia Day weekend so might not usually be that busy.
Close to darling Harbour restaurants and shops. Good shuttle bus service to airport; good comfy bed.
Access via the carpark Current internal lifts are not great at all.
The staff at the service desk. The view from our room was great too..
Proximity to Darling harbour- however this was by circuitous walking route and no guidance in appartment info
Staff not reacting to simple requests over 3 day period . poor concierge early am service, appartment on 2 nd floor reminiscent of my perception of a prison cell- Poor lighting in appartment matched by outmoded equipment which is liable to break down eg tumble drier and lack information re appartment and local amenities
Space. Well equipped location
Wifi, Like a third world country !
Quite location. Good size unit. Staff were helpful.
Nothing all was good.
Convenient location for Darling Harbour and public transport.
1 Rubbish internet connection. 2 Prison-like appearance of interior. 3 Being woken at 6.45 by fire alarm and then not getting clear instructions.
The accomodation is close to darling harbour and shops. It is reasonable priced for a city location. Good Pool and Spa
Accomodation is like a jail upon entrance to the room surounded by lots of metal fencing the hall ways are outdated with all kinds of mismatched flooring i found it unappealing. Lots of strange noises throughout the night. It could do with a update.
We loved everything BUT the internet.
The internet was a farce. With the price of AU$ 85 for a week, you would expect that the facility was top of the art. I couldn't even attach documents to an email, so I had to visit cafes, restaurants etc. in the area to get work done.
the pillows, dark & tired décor, broken lift,
Very expensive, renovations being carried out - so appearance was poor overall, lifts were slow and the view of an alley way extraordinarily poor given the price. Difficult to get to Darling Harbour. The advertising is misleading.
