Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed
The bed was super comfortable and after a long day and late night how happy was I to find a mink blanket in the wardrobe.... Felt just like home..... We will be back for sure
pool & gym
noise during the daytime
Location, cleanliness, security, overall great apartments
Car park driving lanes were very narrow
Great location & view
Strict policies on changing dates-should be a little more flexible, if only changing the dates. Understand if the booking is cancelled
remote control for tv didnt work key card system in lifts was difficult to use at times
Great location for sightseeing, shopping and access to the Adelaide Oval. Easy parking.
friendly staff very helpful clean spacious apartment walking distance to everything no hesitation in staying again
I liked the balcony and pool.
Highly disappointed and have sent the manager email awaiting a reply.
Plenty of room, comfortable, private. Loved the deep bath. Used the gym. Close to tram stop and city centre.
Foxtel was pretty useless. Had to go out and buy a DVD to have something to watch. Staff at front counter could have smiled a little. Customers like to be noted and greeted when they return.
Full size apartment living with modern facilities and a great city location makes for a very good travel experience.
Closeness to Conference centre. Closeness to Torrens parkland and closeness to Rundle St. Mall.
Floor needs attention in kitchenette.
Staff were friendly & very helpful Room clean & restful. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which suited having a 1yr old perfectly. Very comfortable bed. Genuinely fully self-contained. Very happy with our choice
Asked for an early check-in for 1:00 PM Arrived to find it not available, came back at 2:00 PM and room still not ready. Reception changed our room promptly though to not keep us waiting. Also TV remote would not work properly.
layout ,lounge was good
Facing car park, Could do with thicker curtains to stop light
The apartment was very well appointed - if we had known what facilities were available we would have brought more food. The location was perfect for access to Adelaide Oval (we were off to the Stone's concert). So any events at the oval eg the footy or future concerts the Oaks is ideal.
We went for a coffee in the morning and didn't find anything too flash in Hindley St - perhaps we should have walked up North Tce instead. (the only relevance this has to the Oaks is there could have been a bit more info in the room on local shops / cafes - there is a book on dining).
The mattress on the bed was firm which I really like. The apartment was very spacious and quiet.
The shower over the bath sprayed water onto a tile floor which was dangerous. They could do better with the shower arrangements given this is supposed to be 4-star.
Staff were very friendly, room is quality and location is perfect
The lift and the carpark
Expensive wifi, expensive parking and no bar!
shower was amazing water pressure was brilliant!
staff need to tell guests at the front desk on how to use their keycards in the lifts as there are 2 different sorts. ie insert and swipe. We found a few couples bewildered along with us on how to work lifts.
Convenient location in Adelaide CBD
Parking spaces very tight.
Staff weren't all that friendly or helpful
Comfortable bed, spacious living area and a clean environment made our stay enjoyable. Staff were particularly helpful and friendly and helped out whenever we had any requests for service. we would stay again!
Trying to park car to book in
Car parking too expensive and WiFi silly expensive after realising I could log into neighbour hotel for free..these should be free and do add up I stayed 3 weeks and it cost me about £450 extra.. Won't stay there again I'm afraid..
