Fully self contained apartment, great views, staff were helpful

Went to use the pool area, but it was dark and felt unsafe so I didn't want to swim alone

the bed was so comfortable. on site car parking the quietness

that we only stayed over night didn't get to use the facilities. Would have liked to checkout the gym and pool

Roomy apartment. Modern furnishings and very clean.

Shower over the bath, very precarious climbing in and out.

Great sized apartment - and great location.

The only thing I would have like to have seen was a i-pod docking radio.

Noisy neighbors - could hear their Thump Thump music easily

Our unit was spotless and well maintained. It was quiet, and had lovely views over the river. The Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Oaks Horizons is in a fantastic location - walking distance to great restaurants, the river, shops, landmark buildings plus pick-up/drop-off for tours is virtually next door. If we were to return to Adelaide City again, we would not hesitate to return to the Oaks Horizons.

Location to convention centre. Like apartment - gives a bit more space than just a hotel room.

No room service or evening dining.

-There was no 24 hour room service! Was hungry :( - NOT THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED.

The hotel is located very close to Rundle Mall and Adelaide's city attractions.

The staff were entirely unhelpful, bordering on rude. Furthermore, there is no parking so guests have to park in the Adelaide Convention Centre across the road at a charge of $10 on each time of entry. Guests are also charged $150 on arrival to cover incidentals - of which there are none! There is nothing in the mini bar and no pay per view etc.

Great rooms, very spacious. Having a full kitchen and washing machine was great when travelling with a toddler. Our package stated not serviced due to the cheap price, but our room was serviced every day anyway - nice surprise. The hotel is central to everything - we left the car in the carpark and walked to the zoo and around the city on several days.

The location. Clean modern apartments beautifully furnished and equipped.

Location Bed was comfortable

We were not told the parking needed to be pre-booked ans had to park around the corner at a cost of $25 per day There was no housekeeping service over the Easter weekend (which we were not informed about until check-in) We were checked in and then after retrieving our bags were told that someone else had been checked in to our room and that we would have to move The move we were then checked in to was filty and i refused to stay in it We were then given yet another room which had a leaky pipe and every time we used the shower the carpet in the bedroom was soaked (this must have been haappening for a long time as when i soaked the water up with a towel the towel was covered in mould) At this stage there were no other rooms available, we were offered a bottle of wine as an apology (neither myslef or my husband drink and I am pregnant) so this was a useless gesture. No offer was made for a reduction in price or any other form of compensation.

The hotel was generally well kept and modern

Staff were not to helpful or concerned with issues. Spa was over the top with chemicals. Steam and sauna was below average. Room we stayed in had an awful smell coming from bathroom.

Nice apartment in a good location. Majority of the staff were very good.

carpets were awful...and one of the staff members was not polite at all when we asked about parking, he told us there were only 7 parks allocated for residents! This is not acceptable for a large apartment block.

Sally and myself found that the staff went out of their way to helpfull all time.Their manners and nature could not be faulted.I have recomended this establishment to quite a few of my friends and we will be staying there again.FANTASTIC. :-)

The only complaint was that in the shower there was some mould around the bottom tiles.They needed resiliconing to fix the problem.This could be fixed quite easily as I have done this before on our own bathroom.

Convenient to every where, cozy & clean.

Roomy enough for 4 - one on trundle in living area

slight problem when we went to enter the lift when coming back on Saturday night. Someone had been sick in the middle one but once reception was notified it was cleaned

Very well located, in walking distance to most things in town, including festival and fringe events we were attending. Tram stop nearby, with a free ride to the central market which is an excellent place to stock up on fresh fruit, gourmet treats etc. Staff pleasant. Good aircon (important in the heatwave)

Outrageous cost of Internet, which is hourly and also a small download allowance which meant a bill for $16 for less than 1 hour. There was an ongoing problem with our room swipe cards not working in the lifts but I accept this was a temporary glitch.
