It was a very convenient location near Southern Cross Station and free city circle tram plus Southbank a quick walk away. There was a lot of confusion about room configuration and they didn't seem to understand our requirements, we needed 3 adults and one child but was given 2 double beds. They didn't speak English very well and thought we wanted a cot instead of a bed for our 7 year old then charged us extra to have that! Was not happy.

The room was outstanding! Cleaned everyday to complete order, and convenient supplies such as crockery, tea and coffee, plates, kettle, even an iron and a dish washer with complimentary soap. I have been to many hotels over the years, and I can easily rate this experience the best yet! A+

The inflexibility of the booking system. The fact that the toilet was located next to the bed. The flimsy screen across the end of the bed that kept falling over the small TV. The ironing board that suddenly collapsed when I was trying to iron a shirt - do your really want me to go on...not a good stay...

Location The front desk staff - it seemed like they were doing us a favor by check us in and out and when i requested change to catch a tram it was another big favor!!! They lacked a nice smile and a happy tone in their voice. The air con was not working and a light fitting was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, the curtain around the bed in 906 was dirty.

Location; tram very close by otherwise an easy walk to a lot of places in the city. Noise! There was no street noise due to room location but I could clearly hear conversation from a nearby room until 1 am; not happy as I was trying to sleep after a busy day!

the staff were very helpful and allowed us an hour extended check out without charge. The restaurant was open on Christmas day and the wait staff was excellent - the food was pretty good for what was on offer too. the size of the apartment was small - but I should have expected that based on the good location and fair price.

It was very good but a bit disapointed that they gym was not open and it was sometime a problem getting into the pool area and not enough chairs to sit around the pool area. I had trouble booking it on line but your resevation officer there was very helpfull We were very happy with our room and the service of your staff and breakfast was excellent. We will return again when there is specials on again maybe bring some firends. Great location. Your resevation officer was a great help to us on the phone.

Location was great Nowhere to park for 10 minutes and drop off luggage without getting booked! Staff were not helpful with this at all & I struggled with the luggage while my partner had to move the vehicle! No offer of help! Only 1 coffee cup in the room!

Security and cleanliness Only one drawback: The studio faced the back of the building and was surrounded by other business and shopping blocks, all of which had their air conditioning running, day and night. The generators' rumbling was very loud which does not facilitate restful sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location. The room we were in definitely needs an upgrade. If the netting curtains were clean we would have felt a little more comfortable. The couch in the room (1109) was scary I did not sit on it at all. The carpet in any hotel room should be clean, I was to scared to walk without my shoes. My husband had a shower and the bathroom is so small he bruised his side when he turned and banged it on the door handle which was very sharp. The chairs around the table definitely needs a cleaning. There was also a musty smell which compounded the feeling of discomfort. I am not complaining I am just pointing out what I did not like about the room we occupied.

We were in Melbourne for the tennis so the location was great, not far to catch the tram or walk to Fed Square. Room was good for our family, quite comfortable. A well equiped kitchen in the room was a plus. Being serviced every day was also a bonus. The bathroom in our room was lacking a shower screen, which we understand as it was quite small. We were unable to adjust the shower nozzle down enough which meant we had to stand back and got tangled in the shower curtain, water flooded the floor. We found the cupboards in the kitchen to be quite high. We were not happy with the tv as Lleyton Hewitt lost to Novak Djokovic!

Convenient hotel near everything you needed to do in Melbourne. The was a poor level of service. The soap was not replaced in three days and it took us two days to get an extra spoon. The price quoted on arrival was $100 higher on leaving.

We had a nice big room - we had a basic full breakfast included, which was ok considering the room price - shower was great. overall nil complaints the layout of the room was a little strange, but we got used to it and we were only there 5 nights. There was nil TV remote - could not see the small tv screen from the bed. Anyway we did not watch much tv, as we were worn out from the days outings and slept soundly. Overall very good and very close to all services in the centre of the CDB.

Very large room, excellent kitchen facilities, very clean and spacious, parking next door, quiet and comfortable I didn't like the bathroom setup. I was staying with a friend and the bathroom had frosted glass walls so there was no privacy. Also there was no exhaust fan in the the bathroom.
