The room had all the facilities especially central heating. The view was breath-taking. It was cozy and warm.

The location was great; so much so that I added 5 daily passes on the Myki but only used 1 day! I booked a 2 bedroom unit which was very spacious and "group friendly". The kitchen was sufficient for cooking light meals, beds were very comfortable and the living room was the perfect size for 4.

If I have to give a negative remark, I guess 2 bathrooms would be better than 1!

Poor lighting in the bathroom which had the only mirror in the unit. Large lump in middle of bed would have been a problem if we had been a couple.

No Chairs or table in the studio room we had the means to cook our own meals etc but. even the to have a coffee we had to sit on the bed !! No spare/ extra blankets

The staff at reception were very friendly and saw that we were very tired after a very long flight from the USA, and that our young children were also tired. That being so, they allowed us to check in early allowing us to get some much needed rest. Was very impressed with the friendliness! Will definitely stay here again when in melbourne.

2bdrm apartment should have a separate toilet. No instructions for washer/dryer. Ipod dock not accessible on narrow shelf.

Convenience to city and availability of car parking for a reasonable price

Location was good ,but then Melbourne City has Plenty of accomodation available so this is not something special.

We did arrive early and were told we would be notified when our room would be ready, this did not happen. When we got to the room, it was very small and cramped, there were no toiletries (I had forgotten my shampoo and conditioner) and the toilet paper had not been replaced. Little things maybe but given the cost of the room was Not budget I would have expected more. There was no where to sit except on the bed!
