The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and facilities were clean and tidy. The spa pool was quite cold, the same temperature as the pool. And when I arranged the night before I left for a late checkout for 12pm, I got a call at 10.30am asking why I hadn't checked out and when I told them of the arrangement I made with staff, they informed me I had to leave by 11am. |

The staff were excellent and very accommodation to our requests (we requested to change rooms) and requested a plug for the sink late at night. The staff were prompt to respond and kept us informed. We booked a Queen room but it was two single beds pushed together, the room smelt strongly of curry and the furniture was a bit worse for wear but we asked for another room and they gave us a much less worn/smelly room with a proper bed on the 9th floor (we were previously on the 3rd) with no hassles. I'm happy with the response to our complaint, I just wish they offered us the better room in the first place since it was vacant anyway. |

The room layout, rooms were very quiet, decor tasteful, our bathroom (not in the studio unit but in the 2 bedroom unit) was a little small but adequate, reception staff were friendly and professional. Perfect for the annual Jehovahs Witness convention we attended for 3 days at the Rodd Laver stadium. |

The geographic location, the view from our room. The restaurant experience for dinner. No instructions on how to use in room heating/cooling system effectively. A lot of the furniture and the walls in the room was very worn. |

The Staff were very helpful with anything we needed during our stay and were very polite and happy. The Apartment was a good size for the 3 of us . We would recommend the Oaks to our friends. |

Great location , Friendly staff ,the bar serves good meals at reasonable prices, The beds were very comfortable , If you wanted to do do some cooking for yourself facilities were better than average Only the showers took a while to get to temp and the style of head used does not have a good feel |

The staff were very friendly, and made every effort to accomodate me (which was probably quite challenging as I'd just come off a 22 hour plane trip having been awake for 10 hours before). The room was cleaned meticulously and the room service was prompt. The lights in the bathroom could have been brighter, but that's about it |
