Location, room size and facilities, friendly and helpful staff Entrance to hotel with heavy / bulky luggage is a challenge as there is no ramp (only a flights of stairs) and no assistance from hotel staff.

Very clean; provided coffee, tea, milk & sugar; super friendly & helpful staff; stored our bags until the evening, after we checked out, for no charge; comfy bed Our room connected to the one next to us and we could hear almost every word - not very private or relaxing when it was occupied.

Friendly staff , good location , clean facilities. Parking. This was too far from the hotel with luggage etc and the ticket when validated did not open the gate to exit. Small old fashioned tv in bedroom ruined modern theme of hotel.

Fantastic location - right in the city and only 10 minutes walk from Federation Square. Clean, well-appointed rooms with all you need for a few days in the city. I didn't cook or use the pool etc. but the facilities looked great. I was on Floor 21 and the views were lovely. Not a big deal but in places the furniture was looking a bit tired (paint peeling off the desk). We asked to book an airport transfer with the company advertised at the front desk, but were informed we needed to call them ourselves. Fine for us as we have Australian mobile phones, but maybe not so good for overseas visitors. Would have been nice for the front desk to do this for us.

I Paid for a upgrade to a city view room and we did not get this... We had a view of a building under construction and the response from staff were that above a certain floor number it is considered a city view... This made our stay very dissapointing as we were looking forward to our stay at the oaks because of the pictures of the views displayed on your website and we did not get this view although we paid extra money for this... Not happy....

Central location. Professional presentation and friendliness of staff. High standard of presentation of our apartment. Foyer, main dinning room and bar need refurbishment. All are looking a bit tired especially the dinning room. This would bring these areas up to the standard of the apartments and provided your staff with an environment to be proud of and in keeping with their already high standard of professional presentation.

City Location, We got a great view of the River and the Casino Complex, Spacious Room Miss matched room interior and some tired cupboards, Bathroom starting to show its age and the shower taps take an age to set your desired temperature.
