Proximité du centre Piscine et sauna quaziment introuvable et peu pratique, Personnel peu comprehensif,internet hors de prix (>35$/j), Hotel que je ne recommande pas. Ne mérite pas 4 étoiles |

Southbank views very appealing. Carparking very good value. Very central (to CBD and Southbank) but economical for family of four in our case. Professional. Unfortunately the internet did not work in the room, despite a change of cable by hotekl staff. It wasn't vital in our case, but internet access was one of the selection criteria for the hotel. |

Quiet near to public transport walking distance to many attractions Follow up was too slow. We rang just before 5 requesting an iron and ironing board for the room. Was told that it would be brought to the room soon. Had to ring again the following day as it still hadn't arrived. Same experience with no batteries in tv remote |

Clean comfortable room. Excellent bed. Good value for money 1. Could not get TV to work despite several calls to reception. Did not get to watch TV at all although I would have liked to. 2. Left item in my room and when I came back to claim it I was kept waiting 40 min. 3. No cold water in fridge.. |

Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Good value as there were 3 of us travelling therfore we could all stay in the one room. I realise this was an apartment style rooom but no mini bar facility in the room itself even though there was a fridge. |

I enjoyed the size of the rooms, the studio apartment I had was very spacious. The location was excellent, close to casino and Southbank but also close to the business hub of Melbourne |

We loved how convieniently located it was to everything we wanted to do, the whatif.com room rate we got, the comfortable beds and all the helpful friendly staff - it was a very relaxing break, thank you very much. Unfortunately, the couch wasn't that comfortable as the back was too low for my wifes back, however the dining chairs were very comfortable so she sat in those instead. (Only mentioned it because you asked) |
