Excellent facilities. Helpful friendly and attentive staff. All the advantages of an apartment in one room. Well resourced for simple meal preparation. Close to city transport and within easy walk of key central city areas.

Will book again for next year

Rooms were clean good daily service good access to both trams and trains.

An extra $160.00 dollars was deducted from my credit card on our arrival without me being informed. I only knew about this when I checked my bank statement. I asked reception why they had taken this extra money thinking that there must have been a mistake and was told it was for any incidentals during our stay. I was assured the money would be returned to my account after our stay. We left the room in almost perfect order dishes washed up etc. and we didn't pinch anything. It is now several 3 weeks since our stay and money has not been refunded into my credit card. I was told it would be returned to my credit card again when we checked out. I have called the hotel and told yes we will do it now on another occasion since we returned home. I am not rich and this unexpected fee compromised our stay considerably, My first holiday away in 2 years. At no time was I informed that extra money would be taken from my account. This is not full or honest disclosure and because of this I would rather sleep in the gutter then stay with hotel group again, It is now left for me to chase my money. I do not recall reading about this extra deduction on your site when booking this hotel. Anne

The one bedroom apartment was very quiet and the king size bed was excellent. This is the 4th time I have stayed there and I find its location being only 1- 2 blocks from shops, business, restaurants etc ideal for either work or leisure.

Size of the room was fantastic.

Additional requests were taken care of prior to checking in. Staff were efficient with additional requests on site (cab booking). Friendly and professional staffers.

Excellent position, very close to everything we need. Staff are courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable and serviced well.

I felt a little let down when the pool was cold. I stay at Oaks as they have an indoor pool, spa and sauna. I have been staying with Oaks four times a year for the last three years in order to complete a degree and I depend on the pool for some down time.

The staff were very good and put us on the top floor after we requested views. Very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The pushed 2 single beds together to make the king size.

The location is excellent.

I disliked that you could hear the elevators from our room and kept us up every single night of our holiday.

Our room was quiet - not near elevators, bar fridge was not noisy, night club(s) not in audible hearing distance.

No bedside lamps for reading in bed.
