It was only one night as I was catching up with friends. It was a good position for what I wanted to do. The only thing I didn't like was the fact you had to put down a bond of $150.00 for the room. Haven't come across that before and thought it was unreasonable. I think it should be stated more obvious when booking. |

Its City central - provides room to relax in the rooms and reasonable rates. Maybe you could introduce stock in the mini-bars rather than having to call room service? |

The location was good & room service was adequate. I stayed during the off time & found that the restaurant & bar were often not open for business. I was also expecting a higher quality finish to the rooms & hall ways from a 4 and a half star rated hotel despite being in their lowest priced room. |

The room we stayed in was very quiet we slept well. It was easy to catch a cab as they were out the front all the time.+ The pool and spa were not warm enough. dressing gowns provided by the hotel so that going from you room to the pool and back again can be done more discretly. |

The size of the room, cleanliness, facilities where excellent. Location was great! Heater was excellent and bed was very comfy. More towels (one extra per person would have ben great) |

I found Oaks on Market very central & easy to walk up & down Collins St to central Melbourne. It was very clean, comfortable & extremely quiet. Plenty of food shops for take a way eg beautiful soups & light meals. No - everything was very comfortable. Would book again when I go to Melbourne. |

Location very central to everything. Service was very prompt and always with a smile. Bathroom a little small & the Spa pool could be alot warmer after walking all day. |

Clean rooms and great location.Had access to most things you would like for a short stay. Found that the microwave, plates, glasses etc where located a bit too high - had to use a chair to reach the plates safely. |

there was lots of space in the room, with a separate bedroom away from the lounge/kitchen area. bed was comfy and hotel close to city shops. the photos on the website made it appear that the bedroom had a reasonable sized lcd tv there as well as the lounge. our hotel only had the large tv in the lounge. and the bedroom had a very very small tv. |

Location being central to shops. The life is a joke! The swipe cards never seemed to work - thankfully I was staying on level 2 - as we were constandly walking up and down the fire exit stairs!! |

Great location on Market - Very clean, modern and would stay again. Very peaceful and didn't hear other guests. Great view over the river to the Casino, handy to trams/ buses and rail. All in a 2 minute walk to the main shopping area and amazing restaurants. Great place to stay, Probably the only thing I would mention would be the very late cleaning of our room on Sunday - 5p.m. which was abit late in the day. |

The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do The service was pretty poor we had to wait over 2 hours for house keeping to bring a plug for the bath and room service food was very poor |
