The pool was unique
Not much. Got value for our money. A bit steep on the weekend
The pool, bar, gym and the room was clean and very comfortable
Only 30 mins free wifi
Need my spa pools. Both nights they were both full that we stayed
If you like your cup of tea in the evening, bring your own teabags, the tea provided was horrible
Not enough towels and would like to request lights in the pool at night time it would be so much better.
Loved absolutely everything! Good driving distance to all activities and attractions, bed seemed hard at first but once we got comfy we didn't want to leave. Planning to go back again!
Wifi was a bit expensive for such a short time
Easy access to pool and favilities. Close to everything. Shops, restaurants, beaches, sand dunes.
The shower is pitiful. Water pressure is terrible. Takes longer to shower.
The pool was excellent and the size of rooms we very good
The restaurant was very poor, staff communication disappointing and other guests that partied until 2:30am was not enjoyable
Food, service, room size
the Gym, too small, under equipped, broken machines.
I loved the pool!!
Swim out 1 bedroom amazing staff very friendly very easy with kids
The bed was very hard I woke up with a sore back and pillows were poor. But apart from that I will be back next year
Pool, restaurant, facilities
Having two single beds pushed together to make a double... Uncomfortable by the morning when the beds started to separate. Zero privacy from our room (studio). No fence or trees blocking the outside patio from the road. View straight into the day spa so we could not have the doors or blinds open the entire stay.
Lagoon pool Comfort & location of room. Polite, friendly staff at desk.
Expensive meals Having to travel for meals No one to serve you at coffee bar.
Resort facilities generally good.
Bathroom unclean. Mould present in shower. Insufficient utensils and cookware in kitchenette. Only one bedside lamp. Not value for money.
The bed was great and the pool.
The price was unreasonable for the stay that we had (2 days) the only good thing was the pool for the kids. the water pressure in the bath was almost non existent, no availability for the restaurant and bar, When i pay for a 5 star resort i expect not to leave the resort to dine, also i expected much more, unpaid wifi should be included in the room stay.
The swimming was excellent. Kids loved it.
The pool was fantastic, and layout of the resort was great. Restaurant was of good standard (not amazing, but good choices and reasonable value) and room was a good size and well-equipped.
There were slight quality issues with the room - e.g. on arrival into the room 2 of the louvre panels on the blind were hanging off the blind - unsightly, and also meant we couldn't close the blinds. My husband is handy and fixed it but....? It is in a handy location practically, just a block from the shops like Kmart, Coles, etc, but nowhere near the beach. The resort is lovely, but you nave to drive anywhere else. So great if you want to stay in the resort, less great if you want to experience Port Stephens.
Everything was fantastic! Too many good things! No complaints about this place. So good we didn't want to leave :)
Swim out rooms have fantastic access to pool, kids loved it
Pool not heated. Water too cold. Felt too close to other people staying there. Zero privacy on balcony or courtyard
Pool and location.
Lots of kids round Christmas period but that was expected.
- The dinners and buffet breakfast is nice from the restaurant and decently priced. - The pool is great for the kids. - The staff in the restaurant are great and very helpful. - It's close to the Marina and local shops.
- The beds are uncomfortable. - Having to pay for wifi! It should be included in our stay. - The bathrooms and rooms are not of 4.5 stars rating. I would say 3.5 stars maybe. Every time we or the kids had showers, water went everywhere and all over the floors inside the bathroom. Not a very friendly bathroom. - There were cracks and chips in our walls and roofs inside our room which doesn't give or portray a 4.5 star rating. - My wife got an ear infection after swimming in there pool. Which only tells me the pool has allot of bacteria in it and is not clean all the time. Even the medical reception said they have had people come from there with ear complications. - The dishwasher was dirty and had a bad smell came out of it - They only vacumed the floor on our second last day. It should have been done every day and they should have been proactive instead of asking if we wanted it done. - The bed sheets should be changed without having to ask. They should be proactive instead of reactive. This would go along way. The beds were hard and not all of the foxtel channels worked.
Friendly staff greeted us on our arrival and let us know that as we were early, our room wasn't quite ready. On a walk around the grounds, we got a call letting us know we could pick up our key for our ready studio room. Beautifully decorated with warm colours and overlooking the pool with a semi-private patio. It was a wonderful location - central to shops and other attractions.
We loved the pool and our apartment. The shops are close by and everything is convenient. I would get the swim out room next time. Lovely place to stay.
I felt a bit itchy the first night in the bed. They should change your sheets each night for the price you pay.
Loved the pool
Loved the Pool. The depth was good for small children.
