Oaks Pacific Blue Resort

First floor one bed apartment was beautifully appointed and comfortable with great facilities and utensils etc. overlooking pool was terrific and landscaping was excellent.

We had wanted to eat at the restaurant which was not open and neither was the bar. Luckily as the apartment had fully equipped kitchen we decided to buy provisions and eat in as we did not want to drive to eat out. It should have been noted on website that bar and restaurant were closed as it may have influenced our decision to stay or not.

pool couldn't be used as it wasn't heated ,therefore paying extra for swimout was wasted money. Not a lot of equipment in kitchen

My Daughter and I loved the atmosphere. The pool is fantastic and the tennis court. It was extremely relaxing and fun at the same time.

The toilet had been used and not flushed when we arrived. The balconies need to be cleaned as there is quite a lot of spiderwebs and what looks like mould in certain areas.

The resturant was extensive and did not have much variety.

The accommodation was lovely, very clean and the outlook onto the water was great.

We had booked two apartments, and they were both shown on the email received from booking.com but only $450 was taken from our credit card and the second apartment was not booked. Fortunately the staff was able to accommodate our friends.

The pool

For a 4 and half star hotel there wasn't much of a variety on wines, beers and spirits which is a shame cause the resort has such a nice pool. Would have been nice to dine in the restaurant if the menu sounded more interesting, if I was the head chef I would have put more of a variety of international dishes considering all your hotel guest are from different parts of the world. Well that's just my thoughts

Everything was wonderful!

The restaurant staff were unfriendly and bordering on rude. We ordered dinner to be eaten in our room. I collected our meal, returned to our room only to find the meal was lacking salt and pepper. I ran back to the restaurant to ask for salt and pepper and after at least 5 minutes waiting they said they couldn't give me any and to go to reception to get salt and pepper. By this stage our $44 meal was going cold. We were so disappointed! The meal was not nice therefore didn't eat there for the rest of our stay. One of the reasons we booked at your resort was the fact that it had a restaurant! Unfortunately, due to this incident we won't be back.

Very few facilities were open during our stay, this was not noted when booking and was part of the reason we chose to stay at this place.

parking was a issue if you book a double room which i did, you should have nominated parking, there were people there with 3 cars and 1 room PARKING WAS A ISSUE

I like the layout and design. The resort makes you feel like you are on a tropical Island.

When group bookings are done it would be much better to accomodate the group all in the same area. It made it difficult to supervise and keep in touch with the younger and older members of the group.

Great rooms. Great views. Loved the pool.

People smoking on the balconies. You can smell the smoke everywhere.
