Not enough towels and car parking

Waking up in the morning and being able to see the sea.

It's a little dated.

Great location and pool area beautfiul.

Just something small wasnt advised it is unserviced apartments. Thats ok im clean.

The lagoon and pool area

No batteries in the remotes

Room was dirty. There was hair on the floor, marks on the carpet and walls and a used razor left in the shower. We weren't impressed.

The helpful and friendly staff Secure car parking and easy access to other shops around although it stated there was a restaurant there was none.

As 2ic of a 5 and 4 star resorts in the Whitsundays for many years , the only thing was the washing facilities late in the night there were cockroaches in that cupboard. Nowhere else in the unit were any.

Great lap pool with a decent sauna and gym. The sauna was of a standard that would impress an ardent finn with ample room for 12 or more people. Picturesque grounds with water features palm trees and gazeebos for BBQ

Some mechanical noise constantly whiring in the background possibly from aircon compressors must ask why this could not be attended to by an accoustics consultant?

can't tell you much more, only stayed for one night for sad family reasons

Location was good, close to beach, shopping, restaurants, bars.

Allocated parking in the hotel was not monitored very well and we ended up parking in the street.

Unit 426 needs some repairs and outdoor chairs

unit size and the style of the courtyard. The provided stereo was great and the tv too. the kitchen was great and the balcony was nice and large!! the whole unit had great airflow and openness - the feeling brought peacefulness to the body and mind

Limited soap to wash dishes and not enough tea towels and clothes to wipe the bench.

Everything particularly the pools, spa and sauna - and the fact there was a spa in the main bedroom!

Beds are really really hard - mattress toppers perhaps would assist?

Privacy of unit. Pool.

The location, where shops and restaurants were at your door. The lagoon was lovely, The room was air conditioned and clean.

Only 1 thing; The key to activate the lifts kept on sticking and would take a while to turn to activate the lift.

Appliances need an upgrade. Dishwasher no instructions and did not clean well. TV small for the size of room and needs an upgrade to flat screen. Disappointed that there was a problem with swimming pool but I don't think it could have been avoided.

The rooms were amazing and the facilities were quite nice. The pools were nice and large. It is a great place for families with children but, not a quiet "resort" for mature couples.

The resort allows smoking on the balconies therefore, when we had our balcony door open, the smoke & noise from surrounding smoker balconies poured into our room. It was terrible! Also, the pools were nice except for the children were constantly running and jumping into the hot tub. There were signs against this but, no attendant (or parent) in sight.

Helpfulness and friendliness of staff.

Information about our room, i.e. how to use tv, etc. was difficult to find initially. Also having towels supplied in the gym would be a better idea.

The views were excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious. Though the spa was a little small

I booked 2 extra rooms for family members. We had to wait til 4pm for one of the rooms. Eventually got it after I got firm then was treated with dirty looksfrom one reception staff member. 5 days later I still have not received my security deposit back
