The staff we're very helpful & it was the perfect location for everything.
The wifi dropped out a bit & the kitchen should be open for breakfast when they say they would
Large room with great views from a large terrace, Pool with no kids and lots of loungers, location was perfect - 10 minutes walk from Hastings Street, peaceful and relaxing resort
Very slow WIFI, room not cleaned during my stay (4 nights), not able to check until 2pm, lack of oven in the kitchen
Private pool for the villas, air con and the king size bed
Comfort of bed Spaciousness and set up of apartment Outside space attached to apartment Facilities of gym
Checkin could have been friendlier although all other dealings with staff were pleasant.
Private spa and rooftop
You said you had a steam room, but it wasnt operational. Need room service
Bathtub in bedroom
Roof top spa with great views.
Far to small, needed a good vacuum, heaps of sand that would end up in our bed, doona insert very stained, looked like washed out blood. TV reception was terrible. Paid for a premium penthouse we didn't get what we asked for.. We ended up leaving a day early..
The location of the room on the ground floor with indoor-outdoor flow worked well for us. The reception staff (in fact all the staff we dealt with) were friendly and helpful.
Anything we say would be nitpicking - we'll be back.
Great location a short stroll to Hastings street and Noosa Junction. Lovely pool.
A little too much road noise if you have a pool side apartment.
Just love the place the owner takes the utmost care to help folk enjoy there stay.
Lovely spa, great pool, wonderful cocktails
Café could have been open a bit more.
Staff tried had to put thing right, sent up clean towels and at check out offered a discount for next stay. Would have been better if things were right in the first place.
for $nz400+ I'm unhappy that the apartment was not serviced each day. Had to ask for fresh towels. We stayed in unit 408 the cleanliness was poor, mis match of old plates, cups etc. broken tiles around spa (risk of trip or cuts).
Pool BBQ Room Size
Cheap furnishings including horrible sofaa, arm chair, cheap coffee table and poor tv reception Room layout (no bedroom door) Cramped bathroom Bath in bedroom
Great location, far enough from Hastings Street but close enough to walk easily. Comfortable bed and furniture. Nice pool. Good size apartment for two people. Lovely rooftop spa pool. Reasonably peaceful.
Staff didn't seem very knowledgeable. Couldn't sit on private rooftop terrace as scorching hot and they couldn't provide an umbrella because there wasn't one for our apartment. Wifi didn't work for two days so they had to phone the manager who was away on holiday.
Friendly staff Good facilities Good location
Wifi was generally slow
Position fair . Outside areas modern and clean.
We were in what was called a two bedroom suite. In fact it was a studio with no separate bedroom. Bathroom could only be discribed as the laudry with a toilet and shower. Room 216 noisey from road noise and cafe next door which was empty most of the the but the taped music went on. Cutlery / plated all odd with also say 3 large plated and 2 small etc. reception closed until at least 0800 with no papers etc. For the money it was just not worth it.
Loved the spa on the roof with BBQ area
The fridge had broken shells in it and there was no inside spa like advertised
Pool & Gym
Lack of Laundry Facilities, Indifference of reception upon arriving and being badgered by cleaning staff & office prior to our previously agreed departure time
the bed was great, slept beautifully, and upstairs Jacuzzi was great.
stayed in the best penthouse room they had, very small, have to close all blinds as every other room can see in, tiny and I mean tiny bathroom/shower, toilet was like a caravan one and freezing cold and awkwardly high. shower was tiny also and could hear other guests in there room from downstairs very eco, had to leave 1day early after staying a week on our honeymoon due to sick child back at home, and they would not refund, or credit us the room for another night, very unhelpful and extremely overpriced!
We celebrated our wedding week here. It was nice and the pool was so much fun. As I was the bride I was given a little extra special treatment which was really nice we will probably stay again. Thank you
It was quite pricey for the time of year for my guests I think a little extra discount could have been added for them as we had so many people staying. But we were all still looked after
We did enjoy the room itself. My son loved that the pool was right outside our door. Our bathroom was big and roomy and we had laundry and kitchen facilities in our room too. Whilst the staff were friendly, they would not accommodate any small requests, which we thought we within reason.
We were a young family travelling to attend a Wedding in Noosa. * We paid an additional $60 for port-a-cot hire. Should you not already have these facilities. * Did not have a bath in our room and were unable to change room, as we were in the room for an hour before we could notify reception (despite text message sent to them within 30 minutes of us arriving, as their phone line was busy). I have a 2 year old and was not able to walk up to the reception area at the time. I bathed my child in our friends hotel room, as my son does not like showers. Lucky! - We requested earlier check-in. Thi was denied. - We requested late check-out and this was denied. ** Our friends that were staying there whilst they were getting married, had their room set up with a Congratulations Letter for their upcoming nuptials, which was really sweet, unitl they realised that it was addressed to the wrong name. ** Other guests at the Wedding were told that they could check-in their room early, but found that they were given a room key that was already in use. They walked into the room and found other people's belongings. This could have been a very embarrassing situation and leaves them open to potential theft of their belongings. I would not recommend people to stay here, and if I ever travelled to Noosa again, I would stay else where. thank you.
The pool area was nice & the Gym was great.
almost every destination was up a large hill, troublesome on foot. No room service and one house keeping once on the day before I was leaving. Maybe I'm used to.
Room Size Sunny back deck Inside meeting outside
No TV in Bedroom Only two coffee pods in kitchen on arrival Fridge kept freezing everything Freezer door on fridge broken No dish washing liquid Wine glasses scratched after prolonged use.
Quietness , courtyard location with palms and bbq. easy access for all locations in Noosa . good kitchen with dishwasher , small hotplates, but overall ok.
Was advertised as if beach access, and only top level rooms had sunset views. pool and spa quite dirty with scum marks around tiles, cleaned after our comment, would not have swan as was, the pool surrounds very good. restaurant , and pool bar area a non event..not much choice, and drinks Very! expensive, better value in town therefore rarely anyone there during our 5 nights.minimal glasses and dishes .
Facilities are good, including the gym, pool, and bar. Slightly away from Hastings street. Late check out was good (we asked on the morning that we left). Pool is large and deep.
Having an apartment on the ground floor, right next to the pool. Whilst it was handy for a swim, it wasn't private due to folks walking right past the doors that opened onto the pool area, and using seats and recliners that were right outside these doors. Also, folks from a nearby (ground floor) apartment who had been out for a good 'session' congregated outside their apartment, next to the pool, talking very loudly until about 3am, which was very disruptive. A lot of road noise from the unit that we were in . Kitchenware was very sparse (e.g no bottle opener). Cooker was too small to fit 2 pans on. Wine glasses were covered in lipstick. Small bottles of beer were $8, which seemed a bit pricey, as did the overall rental cost (but that's Noosa pricing !).
