Outrigger - comfortable, pleasant and helpful staff. Noosa is now a high price but quality resort - for shopping, spas and eating out. Terrific beach.

Noosa itself - if you are without transport you are limited to the main precinct. The local supermarket very limited and expensive. It is sad that there here are no longer any character places in Noosa that there once were. In room: tv sound restricted and dvd impossible to hear - we watched with subtitles. When an engineer came the sound was improved but it was obvious a sound lock had been applied overnight. Might have asked us rather than just making the changes which were extreme. In house spa too expensive for 2 of us to use. We went elsewhere. We are a mother and adult daughter - on your survey there is no way to properly identify us

We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer, the games room for the kids, the resort pools, the breakfast selection, even the friendly and helpfull staff. It was a totally enjoyable holiday.

The restaurant was fantastic. The food and service first class

The cleaning was minimal. Bed and bathrooms cleaned, living room not. Washing up not done, coffee not replaced. Extremely low lighting in living room, hard to read.

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent, as soon as we mentioned our names they new it was our wedding anniversary, lovely touch. Breakfast was beautiful.

Modern, luxury fittings, floor to ceiling windows overlooking lush greenery, double showers, friendly staff.

Apartment was roomy, modern, and very clean.

Poor area way too small for the quantity of people staying at the resort. View was room was of a weed cover cliff with no outlook. Felt closed in. Noise made by other guests during the night echoed thru complex even with aircon on and all doors closed. Was disappointed to have no Mini Bar

Quite location next to the national park. Excellent accomadation and breakfast facilty was good value for money.

The location where the apartments are located are not for the unfit due to it being a steep climb from the main street. They do therefore offer a buggy service to transport people back upto Out rigger.

Everything! The place is stunning, quiet, relaxing, modern and beautiful. We will deffiently be back, next time for longer!

I would have like to have a room that allowed smoking on the deck outside.

Golf buggy service back up to the Hotel. The breakfast in the morning was nice.

We were given the disabled access room which means that there are no screens in the shower. The water was running over the floor outside of the shower area which was a cold shock at night when using the bathroom. The full flush on the toilet didn't work either. There was also no lid on the toilet which is not pleasant. There was a light blown in the bathroom which meant that there was only one light left to try to apply makeup by. The worst was the 2 single beds pushed together to make the 'luxury' bed. Not particularly conducive to a weekend of romance. Air con does not always work so be aware of a 2:00am wake up. I suggest requesting anything other than room 8303.

Absolutly loved this place! Beautiful! Everything you need in one place and very good location Staff are 5*, always happy and friendly! Only thing I would say that is you cannot smoke on the balcony, I understand it's a nature reserve, but it's a pain in the bum to have to walk to a smoking area, but apart from that everything is FAB!!

We stayed in the Sands block and enjoyed the piece and quiet and privacy (we had a national park view).

- Given cost of accommodation thought the additional surcharge of $5 for a coffee (capp, flat white etc) and for an omelette was very cheeky. - Lap pool was not cleaned regularly - No bin in bathroom - Only 1 sun lounger provided - Overpriced (compared to competition) for services and facilities provided.

Good location close to Hastings Street

Swimming pool area too small, housekeeping not great. Being asked to pay extra for Espresso or omelette. Expensive for what it was.

It was very clean and comfortable, rooms were spacious and well laid out. The staff were extremely friendly from the start of our stay - makes a huge difference! Was a really nice short walk into Hastings street - close enough to walk but you felt like you were staying in the bush!

A nice bar area would have been nice.

It was noisy - from the neighbours to the vehicles.

Loved our stay at the Outrigger - pure luxury! From the moment we arrived we were made welcome. Our room was divine with all the mod cons including a laundry, filtered water, dishwasher and wonderful bath. The lap pool was divine, very secluded and relaxing with no kids (as it is too deep)! Will definitely be back!

The air conditioner was a little too blowy - even on the lowest setting - which made it quite cold when trying to sleep, but that's just being picky!
